Over $21 for 1 bowl nothing else. Just extra Carne Asada because they don’t give us enough as it is and there’s gristle pieces all in it that I have to pick out. No queso, no chips, just the bowl. Chipotle may be popular but I hope not for long.

Without a doubt the worst Chipotle in the country. I've ordered to go twice online. I live maybe 10 minutes away. Both times I got home and my meal was ice cold. Not luke warm. Literally ice cold. I'm guessing it had been sitting at least 30 minutes before I arrived. My second order I was 15 minutes early and it was already sitting there. Never again.

Overall its ok. This is my 2nd time to try it and still not impressed. Me and my family ate it and my daughter nor her mother even got close to finishing the food. So its gonna b catfood n the nxt few days. Price just doesnt justify the taste nor the portions.

Worst time I have ever come. Taking a way my bowl with rice and black beans was rude. And after she demanded I needed to give her a third side I said I didn't need one. If I have to choose it would be chips. She didn't even give me my chips. And I asked if I could have a drink and then fought me that I had to pay extra. I am pregnant and was extremely affected and I will not be returning with a black lady with her hair up looking like she owns the place

First time ordering. Ordered using the app and it was very easy to do so. Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and a carnitas burrito both were exactly as ordered and were delicious. Pickup window was very convenient and staff was nice and professional. Chips have a hint of lime, was unexpected but were tasty.
