Door Dash order. Ordered the sampler with meatloaf and chicken n dumplings. I got meatloaf and fried chicken, which I cannot chew. Half the order wasted.

Ordered a peach cobbler and ice cream to go. The “scoop” of ice cream literally fit in the plastic spoon I happened to have in the car. Pitiful! Also, was not given napkins or utensils with the to go order.

Waited 30 minutes just for a waitress to come take our drink order. Then when we finally got our food ordered and delivered, waitress disappeared. No napkins, no drink refills, nothing. Then we had to wait 15-20 minutes after we finished eating to flag jer down for a check. I love cracker barrel, but this ine was the worst ive wver been to. We will go in to fort pain from now on.
Had an order to go. It was 10 minutes late and I asked for apple butter and they replied we charge for Apple butter. I paid $55 for a meal and you want to charge someone for two little cups of apple butter. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Had extra bread charge on ticket! Only received one biscuit per person, no extra!! Charged for apple butter, when did that start!??!?!? Food was good and server was great,!
