We went to Dunkin' Donuts and I must say, this location's interior was very nice & it was clean! This also had a Baskin-Robbins, and I went and got a Carmel Cappuccino Blast! The service was overall great and it was quick! I couldn't get their names but they were chill and nice employees overall! The cappuccino itself was tasty and good and I feel like this is my go to drink if I want to stop by for a break most of the time. I'm so glad I came to this location, since it is also near the Quintard Mall too! I will definitely come back here, it deserves more than 5 stars!+

The are so rude in Oxford al they don't Greek you at all they just look at you they don't speak don't say have a good or nice day or nothing you go inside or go to the window they all rude Especially doing the morning time they be talking to each other like they don't see the Customers standing waiting on them the just don't care at all and they be seeing you waiting on them to Finnish talking to take our order and the Donuts don't be good all the time and they don't be fresh at all my coffee wasn't fix like I ask her to do she just rolled her eyes and fix it they way she wanted to fix it

Parking: It’s a giant parking ?️ lot next to the malls and the drive through is amazing. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to park and walk in. Most places share a parking lot but not this place. It’s also has plenty of space for the drive through so you never have a traffic jam and the place is pretty busy and super lively.Kid-friendliness: They have a ton of seating and places to have a nice family get together. The space is clean and the coffee ☕️ is really good ?. The donuts are really taste and the vibe is awesome. It’s a good place to come out on nice evening for a snack and walk around the mall or watch a movie.

Usually we have a pleasant experience at this Dunkin’, but tonight we waited for a while at the speaker and then we waited for a while at the window. We could see people cleaning and walking around doing other things but no one was attentive to the window. We saw our drinks just sitting and losing all the cold foamy goodness.

I was attended by a nice worker named Dakota. My sister had gotten a new drink that she had never tried before. She had made the drink fast and handed it to my sister. Dakota had asked if she liked it and offered to make it again if she didn’t like it! She is such a sweetheart! She should definitely get a promotion! Such good customer server!!! 10/10 recommend her!Kid-friendliness: Dakota was extremely nice and understanding of my 5 year old brother trying to pick out his favorite donut! So nice!

Time was around 6 p.m Took 30 minutes to get our black coffee after we got our stale hard donuts. There was 3 employees and no customers. Just kids playing behind the counter. We will not be visiting this business again.
