Didnt have what was advertised on the menu, causing me to have to order something else in the fly. Cashier couldnt even be bothered to smile. Only 3 tables. The vacant one was littered with trash and had to clean it myself. The donut was decent, though. Wont be back.

Refuse my service because I didn't have anything less than a $100 lack of customer service and rude

Absolutely freaking ridiculous horrible service. If you’re in a hurry, don’t stop here. I suggest going to Starbucks. It’s much quicker. Had to pull forward and wait in an extra seven minutes just to get my coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

This location is connected to the gas station so it is easy to miss from the street. I was able to find it with the help of my GPS. LoL!Though connected to the gas station the ambiance of the Dunkin side is like the traditional Dunkin. Same setup. Same colors and same vibrant staff. Woohoo! As always I ordered my usual XL Original Blend with 2 Pumps of Cream and 5 Pumps of French Vanilla. The young lady who took my order was very nice. She had a pleasant demeanor and was swift with the placing of my order. The brew was fresh and radiated the traditional Dunkin blend that I love. I could tell by the smell and taste that I had a cup from a fresh batch which made me extra excited. LoL!Even with my quick experience and swift staff interactions my time in the environment was pleasant. The store was clean. The donut case was clean. And most of all, my coffee was freshhhhhhhhhhh! If I’m ever in the area again I’ll def stop in for a cup of Joe.

If you’re in a hurry, don’t stop here. They make you pull forward from the window every time and you have to sit and wait for your order to be brought out to you. If you’re in a hurry, I suggest you go to Starbucks.

I stopped by to purchase a gift card. Process was seamless. Clerk was professional. I was able to purchase the gift card quickly because there was no line.

$3.30 for ice water that tastes just like it came out of a fresh water hose is just crazy to me. Starbucks uses triple filtered, reverse osmosis water that tastes amazing, and there's is FREE! That pool water y'all gave me should've been free. Also the coffee sucks, & we won't be back.

I got a half dozen of mixed donuts. Was around 10am and the donuts were cold. I guess I’m spoiled getting donuts from Krispy Kreme in Louisiana.

The place seemed jovial and a dozen different donuts is a perfect selection for me. The cream filled were definitely above average compared to other brands.
