Horrible experience. I took my mother here for the first time,and the food was not good at this location. The fries were burnt and salty. The milkshake was runny,and the food all together just did not taste good. When I returned the food and nicely asked for a refund,the crew member (light skinned lady with red lipstick on),had the nerve to tell the lady who I assumed was the shif lead that "the food was too expensive ", and said that was the reason why I asked for a refund,which was not the case at all. The shift lead(lady in a black shirt with a pinned up long black hair)then proceeds to say in the rudest way prossible"O I 'm sorry the food was so expensive for for you" .I turned around and told them both that the price has nothing to do with it,my mother simply did not like the food. I have never had such a rude and disrespectful experience in my life! Who tells a customer that? They got mad just because they also had one kind of inspection, which is still no excuse for the kind of disrespect my mother and I experienced at this location! I will never eat here again!.

I'm glad that I decided to give this restaurant another try. I ate at the one in Florida, and it was so bland. This one, here in Alabama, was amazingly delicious!! You won't be sorry!!!!

The most expensive fries out of any Five guys I have ever visited. Five Guys in Huntsville (and everywhere else) is much cheaper

Haven't been in years to a Five Guys, and I remember why . The restaurant was visably clean and the service was good. I was disappointed in the sandwich, mainly because the bun wasn't warm nor soft. The fries were fine, definitely not worth almost $6, because even with a small you get a thousand fries and throw half of them away. The do it yourself drink machine offers so many options. I tried a peach Mello Yellow and had to pour it out, something was off, but the plain Coke was good.
