Very unprofessional company. They called me a week ago asking if I was still interested in working for them, told me they will call me back after the Valentine's Day rush dies down for an interview. I was looking forward to it. Proceeds to send me an email before Valentine's Day is even here telling me they aren't interested in hiring me now when they didn't even give me a chance. Could have atleast recieved an honest phone call. Way to waste a person's time. I'm sure I dodged a bullet anyway.

I had a cookie cake made July 21 2022. Thus was the poorest quality design and messiest work I've ever gotten from you. I'd you can't do your own designs, just remove it ir risk loosing another customer.

Horrible service by who I think was the manager. Made my little sister cry over her birthday cake. Kept telling us we ordered in Oxford Mississippi. How?? We live in Alabama. Make it make sense. Didn’t give a cutting knife for the two layered cookie cake. How we suppose to eat? He asked about an email that we never got because we ordered over the phone so if he needed an email, he should’ve done his job correctly. We should’ve just went on to auburn after that altercation. DONT GO HERE!!! We were supposed to get a jeep, not a truck! Ugh!

Won't ever go back I bought a bunch of cookies and a few macadamia nut the macadamia nut had coconut in it but wasn't listed on the sign soooo disgusting so in there right mind puts coconut in macadamia nut cookies and not list it so upset with the company I would give it a zero star review but you can't suprised there still open ????

Ordered a cookie cake for a birthday and the writing genuinely looks like a toddler did it. Uneven letters, different sizes. Didn't have time to have it redone so just had to go with it. Very disappointed.
