My family, a party of 5, went for dinner. After a 20 minute wait we were called to be seated. We had a great waiter, Thomas, but we waited over 30 minutes for our food. I also placed a to-go order, at the same time that we ordered, and we waited an additional 30 minutes plus after we had finished our meals before it was brought out.We all had a steak which were all over cooked. The best part of the meal was the salad and the sweet tea. I'm not sure if I'll go back.

Lunch out with my mom. We both had the Outlaw Ribeye in memory of my dad who passed in February. He had a knack for always picking something delicious from any menu, and the Outlaw Ribeye was what he had picked the last time we ate at LongHorn.

We have been to this location 2 times and both times we sat at the bar. There is this AMAZING bartender named Matt.. he took great care of us the first time we visited and remembered us the second time around! He was just as amazing tonight on our second visit! I actually requested and was able to speak with the manager David! I let him know that Matt was amazing.. our steak was cooked SO perfect and all the food was delicious both times we’ve visited! Thank yall for an awesome experience and we will DEFINITELY be back! ❤️

Big Frankie here with a word of truth! If you are anywhere within driving distance, you have to go down and visit my friends at the Longhorn steakhouse in Oxford, AL. First off without notice they pulled the team together to accommodate my friends and I for a very special occasion. The hostess was A-1 showing much love to your boy by helping me raise the roof with my friends.Then comes the main attraction(meal)! The mad scientist herself Madison. M didn’t skip a beat and she didn’t miss out on any details. The food was cooked to perfection.(shout out to the kitchen) The medium rare Outlaw was Big Frankie’s choice! Holding no punches the entire order for 7 was top notch! This girl deserves a raise. Secondly, overall service was just stellar from the whole team. We didn’t have to ask for anything as Miss Madison made sure we were squared away.Atmosphere, let me tell you! A lot of good laughs and good memories were made! The hostess had us all laughing. It was an incredible experience!To the manager, take care of this team! You should be proud of how they represent your establishment and themselves! So please take care of this place as it’s very special. Don’t let your competitors take your team away! I was visiting from out of state and came here to eat with my mother. We walked through the door and no hostess was at the station. We proceeded to wait while employees saw us standing there with no acknowledgement. I had to interrupt a waiter taking orders to ask were we to seat ourselves. He told us she would be there in a minute. We had already been waiting longer than 5 minutes. We chose to leave. Do better!

I came here Saturday night and had the best ceaser salad of my life! I also tried the stuffed mushrooms and their corn which were both tasty as well. I returned today for lunch (especially for the stuffed mushrooms) and not only was my server extremely nice, the other servers were as well. Every server that walked by the table made sure my glass was full and my empty plates were taken away. I had also left my glasses here Saturday night and they were sure to keep them safe and undamaged. I appreciate the meal and services both times. I can’t wait to come back.
