The chicken tasted like it was a couple of days old. The employee who took our payment was dis-interested at work. He didn't ask for my rewards number for us to get credit for our purchase. The salsa smelled. No ice in the soft-drink dispenser. I'm not happy.

Great food - wow the service is fast, food fresh & new Black Cherry Salsa is great.Was going somewhere else for lunch, then saw the Moe’s signage & made the lane change to favorite burrito chain EVER.Restrooms are wheelchair accessible & parking for handicap near ramp.Even have designated parking just for Moe’s customers.Parking: Signage for over 20 cars.

I blame Texas roadhouse for killing the energy of the room. Patrick Swayze loved burritos, he never would've stood for this
I just want to start off with I come here often... this time I came the chips were insanely stale... soggy with Greece... NONE of the sodas were working I complained... and every single One was fixed except for the dr.pepper that I asked for... and the proceeds to ask again... was never done. No ice... no salsas....just so disappointed:. Mainly because I spent $4 on a drink...

Great moes. Ordered through the app and picked up. Used the bathroom and it was clean.

This place was nasty. 4 workers but no one had cleaned the lobby or salsa bar all day. At 4:00 in the afternoon it looked like no one had touched the lobby since they opened. Workers kept leaving the line to take phones calls. They were not busy. One worker came out to restock napkins that were out (only because I complained) but got called back for another worker to make a another call. This place needs some leadership and a Clorox wipes.

Arrived at 7:15p and found a hand written sign saying dinning room was closed, takeout only. They close at 9p. No problem. Walked in, chairs on tables, mop water all over. Step up to counter, waited full 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Asked for a burrito, was told the grill was already shut down. My son ordered nachos and the guy starts emptying a bag of queso into a warming dish. Gross. We left without bothering to order. I've been to other locations. This is by far the worst Moe's I've seen, including the Memphis airport.
