Takayla is a great example of how kept up, inviting and clean the whole restaurant is. She is super sweet and the whole staff was super friendly and helpful! Thank y’all so much and I will definitely be back.
After using the app to get my food , once picked up another $9 was taken off my card for a tip that I did not authorize!!!! The GM, had told me this has happen more than once ( which was a red flag to me being a business owner) that some how the people on the other end of the computer from the app or on the phone can put in a tip with out your consent which doesn’t even sound right!!!! But anyways money was given back to me in cash a nothing else was done about it !!! Please be aware of charges on your card!!!

Ordered a pizza online for pick up at the drive thru window.4 cars in front of me. I waited 20 minutes with no movement.Went to door to get it inside. The doors were ;locked with a note that he drive thru was open. Went back in line with 3 cars in front of me an d finally go my pizza in 10 minutes. In total, it took 50 minutes to get my pizza after the online order and get home. I live about 5 minutes away. My pizza was cold.Not a very good experience.

No salad, Pepsi in bottle served in lieu of glass and ice?No parmesan cheese/pepper on the tables. Frigid temp in the dining area, all the above may be why we were the only people in there. Post apocalyptic pizza hut right there. Pizza was good tho, will do pick up next time.

Food is good when they get it right. Ordered and paided for meat lovers but was given pepperoni. They don't know what customer service is. If you order take out good luck getting inside. Sign on door says dining room open till 11 but doors are locked at 8:05 pm.

The service @ this store on Hamric Drive Is disgusting. I along with others, waited in drive thru for long periods of time, no one ever came to the window to help. Last time I’ll do business with them..thank your sorry employees..
Ordered with the app said it would be 15 minutes. I got there 20 minutes after I ordered. Checked in immediately was told it would be a couple of minutes. Waited 15 minutes ask again was told my order still had 1 minute I let them know I had been her over 15 minutes and the app said it was ready he kind of shrugged his shoulders and said it will be ready in 1 minute. I said ok 15 minutes later still had no food ask again he said let me check and then came out and said it will be another 20 minutes. I said what’s going on it has now been over 45 minutes since I ordered he said we got busy. I ask why I wasn’t told ghat when I came in he said we are busy, I asked for a refund he said ok he will put it back on my card.

I called to place an order. 1. The lady I talked to could hardly be understood 2. She rushed the order and did not take the time to confirm everything I needed 3. She tried hanging up on me when I was trying to pay by phone 4. Once she got my card info, she said “ok” and hung up.Ordering by phone customer service SUCKED!

Unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo, but honestly one of the cleanest Pizza places I ever visited! The pizza was hot, cheesy, and on special— my favorite! The staff is amazing! Give them a Chance!
It was clean and that's all the good i could say. They had no tea no ice only plastic bottled pepsi products not even a coke product. When i asked not a good answer only we dont have.Might as well have ordered online or by phone they dont need tables for customers at all. No table service no choice. First time and last time for this Pizza Hut!!.Really wanted a cold glass of tea with ice!! The employee gave us the 2 pepsi'a and a mountain dew but we ordered a root beer and 2 pepsi's. Had to wait till pizza was ready to get mountain dew sweapped for root beer i wanted because emplyee never came back while i stood there and waited 15mins.After getting pizza we wanted marinara and garlic buttet but of course all they had was marinara.Pizza came was hot and ready to be eaten.
