Just left there. GM was in window taking orders and rude for no reason. Said he can do 5 things at once. I was told all of this after asking if I could add a strawberry biscuit to my order he said yes. Then I asked how much they were. He then repeated again that he is the GM and he can do 5 things at once. Well, Mr GM you took ny order quickly but all of the food you gave me was cold. I was also charged for 12 wings and you gave me 7.Slow down. Treat people good. You might can do 5 things but you need to maybe do 4 and concentrate on your customers service.Your store did look great, and the coworker behind you seemed to be happy.Lose the attitude. This comment is literally for the first shift. I literally love this Popeyes because of them. Service is tremendous. One time we met the manager listening to his gospel music with his glass! Very nice man. Food is hot!!! The line move fast. I went during the night shift and they suck. Attitude bad food was hard. However my experience with the first shift is always perfect.

I wonder why popeyes on oxford may need more business. Today 2-18-2024 at about noon we pulled up to order and got no response. We then pulled up to window after sitting there for 10 minutes, seeing the person that should be waiting on us on her phone we sat there another 5 minutes and drove off. I bet we were not the only ones that didn't get served. Pitiful service. Never go there again!

Some of the chicken was well undercooked, very greasy, and the breasts were so bland and dry they weren't decent enough to eat. Alsothe mac and cheese looked as if it'd sat out all day, again not edible. Lesson learned.
