We were greeted by Chrissy. She asked if we would like to sit with her in the bar area. I told her we would be happy to sit with her.Even though we don't drink, she took great care of us and brought everything we needed. The food was delicious and we will certainly be back again. I hope that Chrissy will be working when we go back. She is a top notch server!

The service was very bad, they did not have utensils for the crab legs and they brought the orders every 15 minutes between each diner in my family.

Tabitha and Chris were excellent and made our dining experience worth while! Chris took extra time to show my son the lobsters and explain all about them. Tabitha was training but caught on very fast! This was the best Red Lobster experience ever! We’ve been to so many Red Lobsters over the years and this experience was one for the books. Thank you again Chris and Tabitha!

Even if you're not a seafood person, there's still plenty of options for you, for example the Maple Bacon Chicken. And be sure to try the new Mocktails, like the Green Apple Wave and Mocha Sea Turtle Frappe!

Time for a refresh of this place. It is old and worn interior barely has any nautical decorations anymore. We had a 1:30 pm meal. The restaurant was not busy at all, but we had a very long wait time, and our take out order which was given with the meal order was almost an additional half hour wait after finishing our meals. Glassware and silverwave were badly water spotted to the point of appearing dirty. This is no longer the place it used to be.

My mother & I experienced the worst service. The restaurant did not have but a few people at the time we were there. We were seated next to a table that hadn’t been cleaned. Waitress brought us cold, hard biscuits with no plates. We had to ask for plates. Our waitress kept disappearing for long amounts of time. I hope i never have this waitress when I go back. She’s not attentive.

This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no one working up front to sit people are coming in waiting just to get on the list to get a table. There is very few people here working. This place needs to close are start all over with your employees.

Service was horrible. Seemed like the waitress forgot we were there. Had to wait for our order to be taken by a waitress from another section. Had to ask for silver ware and ask for refills on drinks. The side that we ordered were put on the wrong plates.
