Made special trip to get smoothie bowl for lunch. Went inside and when I got it, it was not frozen at all. He offered to make me another one, so I waited and he remade it. It was still just liquid, not frozen at all. Two days later, I went through the drive through again, hoping it would be better. This one was worse! Just liquid, not even slushy. Tried one of the new smoothie bowls. It was watery. Turned into soup very quickly. The girl at the speaker and the drive through window was rude as well. Paid $12 for fruit soup and a nasty attitude. Oh well…

Customer service was amazing. Most of the time there is a teenager that clearly does not want to be there. However this time the lady that served me was very responsive and extremely helpful. She saw I was undecided, asked me what I liked and proceeded to make the most phenomenal shake I've had from this store. I forgot her name, but she is an outstanding employee
