Customer service is horrible. We were the only customers inside and it took over 20 min to get food for 4 of us. Lobby was dirty, trash on floors and tables. When leaving elderly gentleman didn't know how to order no one asked him if he needed help until my wife asked if he needed help then and only then an employee offered to help. Second time here will not return if I could give negative stars I would.

Food was amazing!! But service was HORRIBLE. The ladies got an attitude when I asked if I could have the sauces I paid for! Then didn’t believe me when I told them I added it to my ticket and then just tossed it on the counter and never said another word to me. They were also talking bad about another customer when she had to come back in because they messed up her order!

Great food, quickly prepared in a nice, clean restaurant.Vegetarian options: The veggie bowl options were good. You do have to order ahead through the app but it's a great price for a good bit of food with variety.

The employees at this location are so unfriendly. They never ask you how you are when you get to the window, no thank you have a good day. There is one girl in particular that has been very unfriendly pretty much every time I come through. Today was the icing on the cake. I got to the window, asked if I could have some mild sauce in my bag because they did not ask me when I ordered. She literally rolled her eyes at me and shut the window! Name on the ticket says Sylvia, not sure if that’s correct. If you can’t be friendly don’t work in customer service. I won’t return.

I waited to write this because I wanted to give them multiple chances. The first time we dined in when they first opened. We are vegetarians, and they messed up our order and put meat in it. (They have a vegetarian menu). Thankfully we dined in and they fixed it there. The next two times were take out (ordered inside not even drive through so I can get my point across). Both times we got meat, today I ordered a cheese quesadilla and got a chicken quesadilla. Not to mention the quality of the Mexican pizza was poor, it tasted like they fried it in burnt oil. I used to go to the Taco Bell on hwy 78 and probably will have to go back there now and drive out of my way.
