So I don't normally right reviews, but we went there on a Tuesday night 11of us. First when we sat down she got our drinks and brought buns, no plates. She kept bring buns but which we did not need them but they were good. We ordered a cactus blossom, never came and when the gentleman brought salads, missing one I told him. His response was oh I cant do anything about it I will send over your waitress. The main meal all came out in sections, some people got them and at and other did not. This went on all night and then after my mean I got my salad. Get it together, this place would be great if you trained your staff because the food it great. The staff, well you can tell from what I wrote.

Logan, our server was great! He was very friendly he did a great job at making up-sale! We ordered appetizers, and it never came to the table. The rolls didn't taste fresh, and i ordered the portobello mushroom chicken, and the sauce was a little on the salty side.it was a first time for me but it might be a while before i return.

So many people, in the middle of the afternoon. First steaks came out past well done, we ordered medium rare. But just our luck the manager walked up to our table just before I cut into mine. She took both my wife's and my plates back and ten minutes later brought back two perfect steaks. She made it right. But so so many people walking through the aisles! Too many for me.

I've been here many times but this time I was so disappointed. I ordered a glass of wine and when it came out it was only 70% left. Here I then complained and she added ice. I disagreed and called the manager. She said the reason was that if you put a lot of ice in the glass, it would be full, if there was less ice, the wine would be less, and when I asked to return it, she said she had already placed an order. Can't clear the bill, while the glass of Wine has just been brought out, the handling is very bad, even the beef is not fresh. too bad. I never come back here again!

I really don’t like to do reviews because I don’t wanna ruin someone’s day. I’m not one to get a free meal for complaining either. But I just have to share this experience, and I think it’s probably the worst Ever experienced in the 35+ years of eating out. I’m the type I’d rather cook my own meals because I love cooking But on this day, my mom and I went to the doctor For her appointment. We hadn’t eaten since 11 AM and it was 430 when we arrived at the steakhouse. We ordered the ribeye with grilled shrimp with salad, a baked potato we shared it since we really don’t need that much. It was about a 30 minute wait which is No big deal since it was suppertime. They brought out a New York strip that was raw on the end. It looked like someone tried to fillet the end. The shrimp was cold, and the only thing warm was the baked potato. The temperature in that place was like the arctic. I told the waitress this is not what we ordered I’m not gonna eat raw meat, and she offered to take it And have them cook a ribeye medium. I told her I really didn’t want to do that. I just wanted to leave we wanted to get somewhere and go through a drive-through and just eat. And I said I’m at this stage we’re going to be here another hour. We were really visibly shaken our blood sugar had dropped and it was horrible. The manager came out and talk to us but I just said I really wanna go and he said well I just wanna make this right for you. I go it’s OK I just wanna eat somewhere I don’t care I just want to leave and he said well we’re preparing you another steak and I said OK . well 20 minutes goes by 30 minutes goes by and I get up and I said we are out of here. And as we walked out the door, the manager goes have a nice day ladies. During the wait 30 minutes by the way, he didn’t even come up to us and let us know what was going on after stating he was having a rib eye cooked. I will never ever eat there again.
Well to start off if I could give this place a zero I would I am a traveling nurse and just got back in the states and remembered that I I didn’t gave a review on what was supposed to be my 40th birthday celebration on March 3 which was my 40th birthday me and my family decided to go out to eat however, this was not the first place we decided to go but because I had to catch a flight that next morning we decided to settle at this location upon arriving there was a hour wait which was fine which turned into more than a hour. Once the food arrived on the table. I noticed my chicken steak gravy had a silk coat over it as it was not hot at all. My broccoli did not have cheese on it as I ordered it took a bite into it and yeah it was pretty much cold as if it has sit in the window. my husband ordered a well done steak, and once he cut into it, it poured blood, he took a bite out of the corner piece and said no I cannot deal with this so we call the waiter over and explain to them the situation he took the steak back and Bron me out shredded cheese to put over my cold broccoli. We then asked for the manager when the manager came she had the same steak that my husband bit into and we started to complain about the food and she proceeds to tell us well hold on one minute I want you to taste this steak to make sure that it is well done now, me and my husband looked at each other and he took a bite into the steak and I looked dead at the manager and said to her is that the same steak that was on the table and she proceeds to tell me yes and I told her I know you did not take that steak that he bit into and put it back on y’all grill !!! she said yes we do it all the time now with me being from a medical background that is a big no no in the fact that my husband had Covid a week prior to this is why it is a big no no I questioned her and said you know you cannot do that she told me yes we can. We do it all the time and when I trained at my other location, we did it as well because the grill is heated up to 400° and I proceeded to tell her it does not matter you just exposed all of your customers to all types of illnesses. You never take meat that’s been at a table back to the back, and I proceeded to tell her I would definitely be contacting the health department about this matter, and she seemed to not even care , and when I told her to take my meal off, she told me I can’t take it off I can fix you another meal after seeing that deadly cross contamination I wanted no food from this location! she refused to take any of our meals off the ticket and only offered us to go drinks. It was so bad I didn’t even get a chance to get signed happy birthday to on my 40th birthday by far. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. it made my 40th birthday the worst and put thousands at risk for infection, and she seemed to care nothing about it!!

Food was good as always. Service was a bit slow, but they were busy. Really weird that they sit 5 at a table and bring 4 rolls. I mean, that's the only reason to go, for real. Then when I asked for more, they had excuses about the kitchen making them slow. Entrees were all good around the table. Waitress did a good job of refilling drinks and offering upsale items, which we happily took her up on.

Waiting 47 minutes with wife’s mother of 85 only to leave after 55 plus minutes. Checked in on the APP and reported we were ther with a party of 5. Text number was 1197 reported to front to be told that a table was being prepared additional 25 minutes went by and another plea but was told table is being cleaned. Worst Service we every had and customer service from the front door to inside checking in. Manager needs to be more visible in that area due to the amount of customer waiting and attitude of employees checking customers in. No Food was ordered and never received text that table of ready.
