Great service. The order takes a little longer than expected but in the end well worth the wait. Ample servings and well prepared. Somewhat puzzled why they have dozens of TV screens but ALL on the same channel ?? Great place to relax and dine.

I do not understand how this place is even still open it is absolutely no question the worst restaurant in Alabama the employees do not care nor does the owner Yesterday I watched the bartender for five minutes pick at her feet (she had on flip flops) and without washing her hands fix people drinks not to mention the food was not edible and the kitchen area looks like a landfill I hope soon that The city of Oxford will intervene and save a life!

Specifically asked for no white sauce on my meal (which had a choice). Did not realize until we got home. I attempted to contact the owner via messenger as instructed and they still have left this issue UNRESOLVED

Food was ok hamburger came out well done when i asked for med rare and more than likely a frozen burger service was really slow and inside was like a sauna it was cooler outside than in shouldnt had to sweat like i been working while eating not very impressed for the first time coming

I’m sad to say we did not have a good experience at all with our to go order. We where told to pick it up in 15 minutes. We went in to pick up our food 29 minutes later and where told our food was being bagged and was almost ready…… needless to say 55 minutes later our food was ready for pickup.Then we get out food and it’s all over the place in the togo box.

Very displeased with my experience. The customer service and urgency of this location is absolutely atrocious. It would be fine if the food was good but it was not even mediocre. Their food is not near good enough for them to be having this bad of customer service

Great environment, food, and drinks! I always get the Grid....as a sandwich or wrap, it never disappoints. Our server was Jessica, and she was fantastic! Would def recommend to others!

Great service from the waitress we had, absolutely loved the fried pickles. I got the catfish plate, it was good, my bf got the baby back ribs and he loved them. Great atmosphere and friendly service.

Need to clean the place up. Bathrooms where nasty. Going into the restaurant entrance was nasty. Cigarette butts everywhere. Just made us wonder what the kitchen looks like. Will not return.
My favorite place to go! Just because of the times we are in and there are people that don’t want to work or Gridiron isn’t getting the traffic for employment, they always try to make everything right. Food is awesome too!

Had a superior experience with Brooke and Skylar!! Brooke made an amazing drink the other night when we went and Ms. Skylar gave AMAZING serivce! Hands down, best customer service around!!

I love their bbq but I swear every time I go there they have different fries and different plates. Also the coleslaw is always ruined so try to avoid that if you can, I think it’s because they don’t make it in house. The interior could also use some updating, but at least the staff are very friendly.

My experience eating here was below average but with extreme potential. The service was great but the table tops, wood interior, bar, the music and low lighting didn’t match at all. I was looking for something that gave Gridiron a unique look and I couldn’t name one, it seemed “generic.”My friend and I ordered the hot wings. The wings did not look appetizing and the sauce looked aged. Overall I rate the wings a 1 out of 5. The fries were a sustain and the ranch could use some tweaking.When I ordered a beer the coors light was definitely off (maybe aged or a dirty stout) then I ordered a bud light and it was a cleaner taste.The music is a sustain, but overall the place could use some updating.When thinking about going to grab a beer and decent food with friends or catch a game in Oxford Gridiron is far from being a top choice.

This is such a good restaurant! They give you big servings I went in and had an amazing experience. I had the best waitress I've ever encountered she was very nice and very considerate! I definitely recommend asking for Zoe to serve you at the oxford location!
