If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off, the lobby was closed so I had to use the drive-thru. I had an offer for free French toast sticks and they kept trying to charge me. They scanned my phone for the offer but it wasn’t taking the charge off and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I showed them the offer was valid on my phone and they weren’t willing to discount me. The employee was very rude to me and acted like I was getting on her nerves.

Food is good as always but ordering through drive through I was getting breakfast for a coworker and myself I was having a simple meal and he was having a 4 pc French toast stick upon ordering the French toast sticks the older lady taking the order just gasped like it was the worst thing in the world don’t think I’ll be coming back almost left inside the drive through instantly

Every single time I’ve been to this location I have had to wait 15+ minutes for my food. This time, I Paid for a double and got a single, drink was wrong, food was cold, and out of ketchup. The time before this my fries were burnt and hard. This is very disappointing considering that Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food places.

I love there breakfast baconator, work close by been there four times in last month and every time it has been pull forward will bring food out to you waiting between 10 and 15 minutes every time.
