I ordered the chicken basil at a level 3 spicy. That had absolutely no spiciness to it. It has had pretty much no flavor. Could not taste the basil at all.I will give them credit for the unagi. It was delicious. I think if I would have just got sushi the score would have been higher.Really friendly staff all around.

The sushi was horrible. The avocado bomb was horrible, the shrimp tempura was horrible. No flavor whatsoever. As I sat at the sushi bar wondering why none of the ingredients have flavor. Maybe because it was closing time I thought. As I got ready to pay and leave, they were bringing up the next days ingredients. Everything was frozen solid and shrink wrapped. The salmon, the tuna, the eel, the crab or imitation crab should I say, all frozen. I then realized why the food was so horrible. As it thaws out from a frozen state. All the flavor is gone. I spent $50 for that horrible experience. I'm leaving this review in hopes to spare the next person from wasting their time and money in this establishment. No, I would never go again not even if it was half the price. The service wasn't bad just the food.

We love eating here but they started giving only a little bit of noodles with hibachi meals. I love fried rice but my family prefer noodles, they still eat rice though, but aren’t happy with the amount of noodles being served.
Foods great, server tips them selves though even after writing a specified amount… other then that I would’ve given a 4 star it got 3 because of the food .

Ate here with a group this past Saturday night. Hibachi chicken was almost cold and tough like it had been cooked many hours prior. I told the server as this was the same with several of us and she rudely said "well it looks like you're eating it". I nor my party will never return here or have another good word to anyone about this gross establishment. The manager ignored the situation too. If our server reads this, we hope that you enjoyed your big zero tip cause you earned it!!

I’m assuming this is under new ownership. We went in earlier this week and ordered filet and shrimp for lunch. Our steaks were spoiled. So spoiled that my daughter started gagging when the food hit her plate. Of course, we each lost our appetite and didn’t want to continue eating. I didn’t want to make a scene so I told the chef our steak was spoiled and he looked at me funny and went to the back and came out with fresh steaks. He was very nice but we just didn’t feel like eating any of our food after that. We packed our rice up to go but when we opened it at home, you could still smell spoiled meat where it had touched the other food. It was that bad! I figured we would have gotten a discounted meal at least. I have never had anything like that happen but we will not be returning. I don’t understand how someone couldn’t have smelled the meat while it was in the cooler. The smell was really THAT strong!

Not happy with the experience tonight. They must be under new ownership. Our waiter was Middle Easter Indian and spoke bad English. Volcano roll didn't come until the hibachi was almost done and the the crab meat on top stunk as it passed by my face.Ihad to cance that order. The stir fry vegetables were swimming for their life in my plate. It's not you authentic Japanese Stake House anymore. So sad, I used to love this place.

This is a very large and nice restaurant. Parking lot was full, but we were seated quickly. The cleanliness, service and food were adequate. Not a top ten, but would return for the sushi.

Alabama Roll, minus the cucumber add cream cheese.We always try to sit at the bar, and the Sushi guys are always friendly and helped us get what we needed when the waitress wasn't to be found, that happens a lot.I keep going back for the delicious Sushi.Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here.
