Ordered slaw with two meals, received fries with both, I think the fries were cooked the night before because they were cold and not appetizing at all, zax sauce didn't even help cover the old taste of the fries. Chicken sliders cold, the inside of the chicken was lukewarm, buns definitely not fresh. We will drive the next city over if we decide to have zaxbys again.

Went to Zaxbys drive thru today placed my order and then asked how much a large cup of just ice would be....she said over $3 as they would charge the same price as if I got a large drink. Told her to cancel my whole order and I would not be getting anything from there. Needless to say this is the last time I will be doing any business with Zaxbys as one can get a whole bag of ice somewhere else for a lot less than that. Ridiculous to charge you the full amount when you are not getting a drink and just ice only. Bad way to do business

We pulled up in our van 5 minutes before closing after being told we couldn't order from THREE different places that closed within 15 min of us calling. The employees were SO SWEET and we had the best time just placing our order. Then, when we pulled around in our campervan, the staff started fawning over our little pet doggie "Cookie". They even gave her a chicken finger as a "pup cup". This was the FRIENDLIEST Zaxbys that we have ever been to, and we will not have this one as our 4th choice in the future, but rather the 1st or 2nd.. A+!!!

I went during lunch and had a great experience. The person at the register was super helpful and friendly. When I went to vet my drink I didn't even fill it and my food was ready. The food was amazing. I would definitely go again.
A single stall restroom really dampened the visit. The food was good, but fries were overcooked. Service was awesome! The restaurant was dirty, though.
Best place for the best chicken fingers. I also love the slaw and toast. They never disappoint.

Went there tonight 11-3-23 and service was horrible. We got home and half the food was not in the bag. Called them and they said sorry the forgot to make it. Mind you we live 20 min away. So my wife gets up there and asks if they would make her food over as well because it was cold at this point from having to go back. The manager refused and was very rude. Will NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY.
