All I can say is look at the "fried rice". Such a disgrace, this is nothing but steamed rice, why advertise it as fried rice?

We are traveling to Florida. We took an early short trip to Oxford, Alabama to escape traveling in the winter storm. We ordered delivery from Zheng Garden Chinese Restaurant. I ordered from the Spa Cuisine section on the menu. I had never heard of a Spa Cuisine section. I ordered steamed tofu and vegetables with steamed white rice. It had broccoli, carrots, sugar peas, mushrooms, celery, and zucchini. The vegetables were not over cooked. Great healthy experience.

One of the delivery person stole money from my account and cash app themselves all my money out of my account.. they have horrible management and needs to upgrade there card system they are the only places I know that have to have a imprint of card when they get there..

It’s 5-stars for us. My family and I enjoyed the food. Drove from AZ to NC decided to stop for food, this place has a rich menu, my toddler enjoyed her chicken wings, veggies and steamed rice, my wife loved her chicken kungpao and I had chicken black pepper. The service was quick, and our meal was warm enough, they got us extra sauces ????. We love how staff are so friendly and polite. Stop By and try out their food, you won’t regret it!!

The best small hole in the wall joint for Chinese. We had the Mongolian beef, Mongolian chicken, lo mein, egg rolls, and crab rangoons. It was so delicious and we look forward to our leftovers!

All I can say is fantastic. Had my food delivered delivery person was outstanding the food was fantastic. As long as they keep that driver I will keep ordering. She was very friendly and very outgoing. Heads up to the manager that hired her. Fast friendly outgoing. I would definitely have her at my place. She speaks very highly of her manager who seems to be a very kind caring and loving that's kind of person I want cooking my food

UPDATED: Adjusted to 3 stars. The restaurant remade our meal, and we will give them another chance. However, it was an unpleasant experience and at the end of the day, if a customer calls and says the food doesn’t taste right / taste good, the manager should never argue with the customer.******As much as a I hate to leave a one star review, our experience today warrants it. My husband called to express our disappointment with his chicken lomein, which had no flavor or seasoning. He just ordered lomein a few nights ago from this same place and it was flavorful with lots of sauce. When he called in, the employee put a manager or owner or someone in charge on the phone, and all they wanted to do was cut him off and argue with him. We have ordered from Zheng’s many, many times, but they just lost our business. First rule of any customer based industry - don’t argue with your customers. He was being respectful, and yet he was treated with nothing but rudeness and disrespect.

The fried rice is actually yellow rice, no eggs, onions or veggies, no flavor or seasoning whatsoever. Fortune cookies were burnt, egg rolls were dry and overcooked. Food was real bland on one hand and over spiced on the other! Very disappointed and won't visit again.
