The food tasted good but we did not appreciate watching the girl in the back throwing everyone’s food on to the conveyer. Most sandwiches either unwrapped themselves or they had to be partially rewrapped by the cashier. This slob expects 15 to 20 dollars an hour but has such disrespect for the job that she mishandles peoples food. She should just stay home if she is that unhappy with the job. I’m sure there are others that could fill her shoes and do it with a good attitude.

One of the worst fast food experiences ever. The Reuben sandwich barely had anything on it. We ordered two Fish sandwiches because they looked great in commercials and on.the drive thru kiosk. However, what we were handed was unrecognizable as fried fish. The sandwiches were mashed flat, the bread was flat, the sandwiches were so gooey we could not eat them. The fish and the cheese were cold, and there was no recognizable lettuce. Oh, we tried to eat them, but they were so bad that we threw them away. We spent almost $40 on three sorry meals and one milkshake. Never again.

Arby's has became a fan favorite of mine, like I didn't even know they sold fish items on the menu!? ?The service was nice, although the food could've came a little bit faster, it's always nice for them to prepare it for me first to get it just right.The lobby wasn't too packed but I see why a lot of people don't go to Arby's but I think yall should try it out! Seats and tables were clean as they can be.I was curious about their menu items, one in particular with the crinkle fries like they copied other fast food restaurants but hey, you can never go wrong with the original curly fries.
Had to get the guy up off his chair and phone to wait on us. The curly frys were cold, had been sitting a while I'm sure. While we were eating my husband noticed a food fight going on back by the grills. There were lots of tables that could have been cleaned while they were screwing off. There was only one other couple there.

Stopped for lunch on the way home from our vacay. VERY clean!! I don't remember the last time a fast food place was so clean. All the tables, floor. No crumbs anywhere. Enjoyable place to have a quick bite. An excellent Ruben sandwich. Take a minute to give any business a good review when you're happy, not just a negative one when you're not. Just an idea.
Chicken wrap and chicken salad sandwich were good. Friendly, efficient employees. Clean bathrooms.

Went today, it was seriously the worst experience EVER at an Arby's.1) Order was wrong, server tried to challenge me when I clearly ordered an "11", but got a "1"... then turned around to look at the menu screen. Yes, there are two "1"'s in "11".2) I can assure you it was over 12 minutes from the time I walked in until my order was taken.3) The manager(?!) was extremely rude. Just griping the whole time out loud.4) No ketchup in the dispensers (2). No alternatives.I've not seen so many people just give up and walk out. Drive through was ridiculous, as well.Seriously avoid!
