Absolutely TERRIBLE service. As I went through the driver though, I was greeted bluntly and had a hard time getting my order taken. I had to repeat myself after a long moment of silence from the other end and as I asked for a SMALL drink, I simply was told "we have large". I asked again, again the same response. I then asked if there was a medium cup and she rudely replied "We have LARGE". I said ok and waited to be charged. As I waited, to no surprise, there were cups in a variety of sizes in plain sight and I kept seeing the workers stare at a screen above the drinks with a disgusted look. Apparently, they were upset about something with a customer and were unprofessional about it. The person whom I assume was the manager, had a nasty attitude and another man who looked like he works in the kitchen, said something in Spanish--and it was obvious he thought it was amusing. I'm not sure what kind of business they think they're running but denying a small cup and wanting to force you into a large is quite unethical. I hope there is some kind of management overlooking them because customer service is terrible.

My husband and I pulled in while shopping earlier today this Sunday and we sat in line with four people behind us two people in front of us in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes 25 minutes yeah 30 minutes maybe and when I pulled up to the window she was very nice and apologize and said that they had to cook fresh food and I said great then my fish sandwich and my chicken sandwich will be fresh she said yeah I had fresh fries and that's all I had fresh the chicken and the fish was so bad you can even chew it it was horrible and so I'm going up there here in just a few minutes I want my money back and I want my gas money cuz I live in Jemison I wasn't able to eat my food my husband wasn't able to eat his food and I am not happy at all why would she lie to me I feel like I was violated I was I lied to and whoever it was cooking you that that food had been sitting there and all the time that he had throwing burgers in the broiler or whatever you do he could have threw down some fish and chicken into the deep fryer

Came to this location for my daughter. I get to the drive thru wait 5 mins because the employee went to his car. Well I make my order finally and then the guy says is that all I can get for you? I said no sir and now I hear ughhhh omg. Over the speaker. I honestly was so surprised as my husband comes to this location for our 2 year old daughter almost everyday to get her food. So I pulled off. As I pass the window the guy working the window has a skee mask on where you can only see his eyes and nose. Very unprofessional! Won’t be back!

Unmotivated and rude crew. Knowingly gave me two orders of fries instead of mozz sticks. I received an attitude from the start, I would’ve been understanding if they simply said they did not have it. Would not waste my money here, never a good experience especially at night.

I’m going to try and be somewhat positive with this review because the lady at the drive thru was very nice but the food just sucked. The fries were warm which was good. I also ordered a #8 meal (large) and the cheese was still frozen on it. Granted I did order lunch at 10:30 but before I ordered lunch, I asked them if they were serving lunch first. But still, frozen cheese? The lettuce was old, I don’t know what kind of sauce was on it but it was nasty ?…I also ordered cheese sticks and those were not even cooked all the way. Needless to say, I need to get a new lunch. They need to get a new cook or something.
Almost always have a great experience with this restaurant. Foods always good in my opinion. Today I order my burger ketchup and cheese only (I’m a picky eater) and by the time I got to the drive thru window I had already forgotten if that was how I ordered it hahaha. So I asked the nice lady when I got to the window and that wasn’t the order they had gotten. So I just said “that’s ok, I can pick the onions off” no big deal to me at all, I don’t like to inconvenience people. And she asked and asked if it was really fine and then insisted they remake it for me. So, I have to say, idk about everyone there, but Nicole at this location gives fantastic customer service! Thank you Nicole for your customer service.

Staff is the most rude i have ever encountered with a burger king. 12.89 for a meal that I couldn't even get a receipt for because when I asked, the guy in the black shirt asked someone to print it only for anothe girl to come to the window claiming the machine was down. Then proceeded to say "well if you give me your phone, I'll take a picture" umm what?! Absolutely not. Had I read the other reviews here, I would have kept going to another location. Then they gave me a small drink instead of regular sized. After working at the hospital all day, i didnt have the energy to deal with the staff. I see why they have a big now hiring sign out there.
