We took our littles last night and as always they had a blast. I just wanted to say that Amber and the staff there are amazing!!! They had a local middle school there and it was extremely packed, but they did an excellent job. The food was also great. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We had a very scary experience here. The place was fun and my kid had a great time but it is a dangerous place. The management allowed a man to continuously harass our party group after he threatened to harm one of our kids who was 5 years old. This man was cussing and yelling at us and around our children. Management refused to make him leave and allowed him to continue on. While we were trying to get our kids rounded up the man literally set there staring at us and confronted us AGAIN. We told management that we were going to call the cops due harassment and threatening to harm a 5 year old child. They told us "To go ahead they wouldn't do anything about it anyways" and that "we were nobody" the manager we spoke with was Antwaun/Anthony. I don't expect anything to be done about the staff or situation considering the way it was handled at the time but if you are going to take your kids just be extra cautious because since they allowed this man to stay on the premises, they will allow other dangerous people on the premises.

Not enough seating that is facing the jump area unless you are in the restricted area and then you have to pay for socks just to sit and watch your kids. 3$ for socks that probably cost less than .50 cents per pair. Staff was really rude to me and made me leave the seating that was 2 feet inside the restricted area. This same employee let several people in that were on the equipment both parents and kids that were wearing regular socks. Thats more dangerous than the tennis shoes I was wearing. Also, it was 90 degrees in the building. Very uncomfortable and I wasn't even jumping. My son was red all over and extremely hot. Will not be back.

Two females that work there tried to accuse us of breaking a door to a party room, even after a manager said it was broken prior to our arrival. Then tried to charge us over the amount owed, thankfully the manager saw her attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for. Our hostess was great, Spanish girl, but two females who work desk need to be let go.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I have been here twice in the past week to pick up food and workers do not wear masks OR gloves while handling food. Tonight, I saw workers handling and cutting meat with their bare hands.This place is disgusting.
