Handed customer in front of me my food. They opened and inspected it and then returned it. Then the woman GAVE IT TO ME not even rewrapped and refused to take it back when I pointed out how unsanitary that was. I will. NEVER go back.

When you stand at the counter for five minutes and make eye contact with four employees and no one acknowledges your presence or says “Just a moment!”. That is not acceptable! There was no inside customers and only a trickle of drive through. In the end, a worker came around the corner and waited on me while texting on her phone.

No soap, like 6 empty hand sanitizer bins and the only one that did have it felt more like soap than anything. Prices are beyond outrageous even for a modern mcdonalds. Stay away. Stay far far away

I feel bad for people who live in this area, so I'm only giving a 1 star to offset the rest of the reviews. The ONLY good thing about this place is that it LOOKS clean.Useless staff that can't get my 4 item order right. I DGAF if you can't speak English. .. as long as you get my f'n order right. It's not like I got special things that take some sort of intelligence to make happen... the only "custom" item was not adding onions on one thing I ordered... not special, just when you're making it, don't add the onions.You can stand in front of the counter, and no one even says "hi", "good morning", "F you"... NOTHING, while they are laughing and having a good ol' time. How about you do your damn job!

Came thru drive thru 30 minutes ago with chicken biscuit, sausage biscuit, and a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. You guys gave me 2 sausage biscuits. And left out my 6 dollar mcmuffin. Would like a refund or replacement but noones answering the phone.
My food was old, cold and dry. I order a nugget meal with hot mustard and sweet N sour sauce. I got honey mustard and bbq. So

I have to give this location big props, especially compared to that horrible one in Hoover by the Galleria and the horrible one in Helena!! It baffles me how the fast food restaurants on 119 are all consistent and good, with nice workers and do your food right... and pretty much everywhere else around Hoover and Helena the fast food restaurants all suck. Weird.
