I'm so sad that my latest meal at this Milo's location was not good at all and I probably won't revisit. Recently, the Milo's famous fries have been subpar but I overlooked that to still eat there because of their hamburgers and unique Milo's sauce. The fries are not crispy and flavorful with the paprika/salt seasoning anymore. I understand that maybe they cut back on the seasonings because people don't want the saltiness, but who would want uncooked, limp fries, which is what my fries are like at three different locations. The only Milo's that have what I remember of the old Milo's is the one on Valleydale road. On my recent visit, even the burger was no longer good. It looked like it was hastily slapped together (messy). The only good thing about this visit was the very friendly (maybe a little too friendly for my comfort) customer service at the drive through window. Please bring back the fries that made me love Milo's!

Very disappointed with my food today. The chicken was undercooked and the fries were too. I spent $55 and threw every bit in f the food away. I will not be spending my money there again. No one spoke to me and got zero sauce after paying for extra.

The food is amazing and always freshly hot. There is one particular employee that deserves a spot light. Mr. James with the Panda mask. He always goes above and beyond for the customers with a smile. He's always bouncing around helping in different stations. He is an extremely hard worker and think he deserves some recognition for his outstanding work.?
