I can't give the food a grade because of the poor customer service. Three people behind the counter working on online orders while ignoring the line of customers in the store. The service at this subway was always bad but now I will never go there again.

I ordered through a delivery app and about 10 minutes later subway cancels the order. I try to call to find out why and the morons won’t answer the phone. That’s the last time I deal with

I used the mobile app and my order was incorrect. I used the mobile app specifically to limit contact and thought it might be easier to see it better than to hear me. I understand that it may have been a mistake but I have zero tolerance especially when using an app. Please follow

They don't cut the meat in front of you like they state on commercial and the meat seems thicker, even if you do ask for thin sliced... It appears to me nothing has changed... I think commercial just an ad to drive business not make a better quality sandwich... Not impressed... Would love to find a sandwich shop that did want to use better quality ingredients to make us the customer happy and satisfied with price paying for food

the morning subway staff was so rude and had an attitude towards my friends and I. but the afternoon staff is very friendly recommend it 5 stars on the afternoon!

The food bar was just junkie . Food everywhere , scooper sitting on top of the meat containers . And flies around it . I didn’t even eat and just walked out . Very unsanitary.

I’m so angry about my order. On top of the lady not being friendly… I ordered a Buffalo chicken sub, the lady helping me looks in the fridge for Buffalo, it isn’t marked.. so she asked another worker if it was Buffalo, the other lady assumed yes and so they decided to just slap in on my sandwich! But it wasn’t Buffalo sauce like I ordered. I don’t understand why the lady was so lazy she couldn’t have checked to see what it was since it wasn’t marked “Buffalo” especially since there are other sauces that look similar. Pretty sure I got Baja chipotle. My sandwich is now ruined and I have no lunch. Thanks Subway!

Absolutely awful employees. So slow, you will literally stand in line 20 to 30 minutes for them to make 2 to 3 sandwiches. Go elsewhere, they’re not worth the wait. It’s a shame 2 because it’s brand new
