My server, Lauren was super sweet! The manager on duty tonight, not so much. Very rude! I had an issue with the way my stuff was rang up due to a misunderstanding between me and my server and the manager REFUSED to resolve it and made me pay for stuff I DID NOT ORDER! This is my first AND LAST time coming here!

so i went to texas roadhouse for my 1 year anniversary, and it was all going great you know the bread with the butter but then we get our food and i’m sooooo excited to tear it up. well next thing you know… there’s a tiny ahh cockroach laying on my mashed potatoes that i ordered with my meal and idk it was just very unappealing and shocking especially after i took 3 bites and yk what they say third times the charm but that was definitely not the charm i was looking for. anyways they covered my meal, but still i wonder where that dead cockroach even came from just laying on top of my mashed potatoes.

Food was excellent, as usual. Many of the wait staff are new and there are long waits to be seated. Do Call Ahead Seating from the app and try to go when it is not busy. Tuesday night at 5:30 we had to wait around 20 minute. I went a couple of weekends ago and they quoted an 1 hour and 40 minute wait for 5:00 pm on a Saturday, however the wait wait ended up being about 40 minutes.

Waited 2 hrs the food was cold greasy & the blossom was so full of butter it was not crispy the pork chops was cold dry along with the cold shrimp. We got most of our food to go from the table. A table of 5 each meal over 30.00 each. Very disappointed

Service was top notch. Food was quick and delicious. Never ran out of piping hot bread rolls. Only detractor is that the place was packed wall-to-wall. I guess being that good attracts a lot of people.

Appetizers and food were perfect and as ordered.Alex, our waiter, was beyond amazing. He kept our drinks full, bread replenished, and table clean.This was our 2nd time at this location and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely horrible service tonight. I joined the “waitlist” at 5:50pm I specifically requested a party of 9 adults. We all arrived during the time we were “expected” to be seated some of arriving as early as 8pm. It is now 9:33pm and we have all decided to leave as we watched these two inexperienced hosts seat parties that took the space we needed to sit our party. Upon arrival they said 15 more minutes and another 3 encounters they continued to lie and say they were going to seat us soon. Only to seat smaller parties in the tables we needed. This restaurant is embodied by booths with only three tables that can be moved to seat our large party. They later stated that the tables were seperate servers and had to wait for people to get up so we can be seated with one server. After requesting the manager, I explained my experience in the hospitality and serving industry and I can understand the split of tables but also the priority of customer satisfaction and when it comes to split tables and having two servers work as a team to service their customers in a manner that is above and beyond. The manager asked politely one of the servers if she would be able to service us. The server unprofessional as she was loudly declined and said “no I’m not taking no large party!” “We are about to close” While we patiently waited over 1.5hrs now these servers and hosts had no intention in seating us especially with the fact they were closing soon. We left. We went to MILLERS ALE HOUSE. Arrive at 9:35pm and got our “large” party seated at 9:37pm with excellence and open arms. No wait. Ridiculous. These servers don’t want large party gratuities.
Great Texas Roadhouse location! Staff was very friendly and the food was what you expect from TR. Definitely recommend!
