The family and I were out late and decided to stop before returning home. It's our fifth time visiting and like the other four times the food was satisfying.It's always a pleasant experience with good customer service as well as food being fresh and hot. Although there's a bit of a wait which is tolerable because it's great service.We're not fans of Whataburger but we're not Disappointed with their products and services either.I definitely recommend this establishment!Dietary restrictions: Willing to accommodate your requests upon service.Parking: Not a problem with parking.Kid-friendliness: It's a welcoming establishmentWheelchair accessibility: Easy access upon entering within the establishment.

The food here is usually great, however Sunday morning between 1 and 2am, one of the employees mopping the floor was incredibly rude as I asked her if the inside lobby was open(because they had the drive-thru closed). She appeared to slam the mop stick down and replied "Yeah, we are open" with a horrible look on her face... I was confused on why she looked so angry and questioned myself whether or not I should eat there. I guess as soon as she saw my face with confusion, she put on a fake smile and waved me over and said "Yeah, come on!".... I'm not sure when I will return to this location again.

Pelham location was great food good fast service friendly will be back. I have been to the galleria area one and service is slow not friendly so I figured I give another location a try.

Best fast food burger hands down. Great fries ...I mean it's fast food you get it but this is better than others
Never had breakfast at Whataburger so we decided to stop on our way to Florida. The young man helping us was very friendly and helped us choose what to try. He answered the many questions we had and was great helpful! Food was yummy and the restaurant was clean! Very thankful we stopped! 4/6/24

Restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the burgers were good!( however there was a bit too much mustard on my burgers. So if you don't mustard make sure to ask them not to put any on )

I was surprised with this experience. I was never offer what kind of catsup I wanted. And, I love their spicy catsup. I had to ask for it. It took the staff some time and several laps around the kitchen to find some.Restaurant work puts you in the people business. SMILE when you serve your customers.

Absolutely amazing service and the food is exceptional and worth the drive from Weaver Al to Leeds Al and to Birmingham Al. Which is a 50 to 55 mile drive. The food is cooked to order. It’s always hot taste amazing and every Wantaburger I’ve visited have been extremely great service, food is great, quality wonderful, everything is absolutely enjoyable hands-down, great food! I really do hope the wantaburger franchise will place a restaurant in my local neighborhood of Anniston , Alabama or Oxford Alabama. Over all SATISFIED CUSTOMER ⭐️
