I guess carrots and celery are considered purchased side items with wings? Crazy!Our fries were barely warm, definitely not hot. Did not eat them. Wings and Server was awesome!

I ordered $40 worth of food. The person I spoke with when I picked up my order literally seemed to be quite miserable to have to work. I wasn't greeted or even asked how I could be helped so I said I was there to pick up an order and gave my name. He slowly took his time to walk to the kitchen to check. He came back and handed me the bag and I said thanks and walked out. Once I got to the car I checked my food and realized an order of fries was missing so I went back in and waited 3 or 4 minutes for him to slowly make his way to the front. He never asked if something was wrong he just looked at me and I told him what I needed. I left frustrated because of the level of service I wasn't provided. I made a stop and opened my fries to find their were cold and stale both orders of fries were. Then I happen to realize I also failed to receive the drink for my order as well. This was a miserable experience and I promise I will not return to BWW for a while.

I came in around 5:45 and let them know I was bring a team of kids and a group of parents that would around around 6:15. They were on top of it immediately and was able to get our group sat as everyone was arriving. Everyone was very kind and prompt and we were able to feed our group in about an hour. Great service and great food! Thank you for making it a great experience in Pell City for our team!

Everything was fabulous. I had the orange chicken and honey garlic chicken wings and my husband had the medium wings and fried pickles!! We had to wait maybe 10 min. Great
Kitchen was way behind, which is rare, but everything was good as usual.

02/26/24 We ordered the lunch special 10 count boneless wings. They were hard as a rock and I could not even cut them in half with a fork. The waitress gave us a new batch but they were still hard so I gave up and left the food on the table. The waitress was great though. They need a new cook. Doubt i’ll go back.
