We've been 3 times to this location, and EACH time we've been there, in the Drive-Through line, it's literally been as slow as Christmas. Don't know if it's a personnel problem, a Manager problem, OR WHAT??? My drinks have ALWAYS been Spot ON, right on the mark, Dead On Balls Accurate, and oh so perfect!Their slowness, whatever their reason, is the ONLY REASON I have given them less than a Top Score in the above "Service" Category for they are ALWAYS CHEERFUL HAPPY, POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!In the above "Atmosphere" category, I suppose, your "Atmosphere", depends on your place in line, and from which side of the multi-tenant building you're gazing upon. Side#1, is right in front of their very nice outdoor dining/sipping patio. And while sitting next to a Patron in your car as they suck down a particularly frothy, foamy beverage while excitedly breaking up with their boyfriend, doesn't really rank way up there on my "Excite-OH-Meter", it leaves you wanting for a quick trip and into SIDE#2, which parallels US 231. Normally, I could enjoy this viewpoint, but unfortunately, it is 1000' to the roadway, so everything is too far away without my glasses, OR even STILL TO FAR, WITH my glasses that give me quite excellent 20/15 vision. PLEASE... ON TO SIDE 3, as quickly as possible! SIDE #3: Never Mind... this is the back of the building, and as such, there are dumpsters, lasting stains from long since "drug & busted" trash bag/to dumpster runs that are announcing their presence in the "warmer by the second" 2024 Spring Sunshine both visibly, AND with the pungent odor thereof! SIDE#4: FINALLY! The side of the building that the yummy stuff gets passed out from! And luckily, it's a "short" side too, with the window right in the middle, front to rear, of the building. It's "shortness", along with your intense visual observation of the person passing out the drinks at the window to determine their competency, and the odds that they will put the correct drink in your hands when it's your turn to roll on up to the window, doesn't leave much time to soak in the "Atmosphere", no matter how short the time waiting there. 0% "Atmosphere" on Side #4.Clean on 3 of 4 sides of this multi-tenant retail hub, fresh paint on everything. EASY In, or Out all of the times we've been here. We haven't been inside, YET, but my Wife likes to "window shop" their display cases inside the SB Stores so it's just a matter of time before she hops out while I'm in the drive-thu line.

This morning, my husband and I decided to stop in at our favorite place to get coffee. We pulled up to the window, shut the truck off(it's a bit loud). Hand the woman our card. She then proceeded to let us know, "For future reference, smoking isn't allowed in the drive thru." Mind you, I'm in the passenger seat smoking.My complaint is that the young lady working the window needs to learn some manners. If Starbucks has a "no smoking" policy in their drive-thru, signs need to be placed for this. As well as, I'm not entirely sure how ANYONE could say "no smoking in the drive-thru" considering it is my vehicle. I get everyone doesn't smoke, which is why you should be curtious and roll the window down & put it out the window.

This Starbucks is the slowest I have ever been to in terms of service. I understand if being short staffed is an issue, but almost every time I've gone to this location I have to wait for 10-15 minutes for my order, whether you get it through the drive through or inside (I only get one iced coffee each time) if you're thinking of stopping here, just go ahead and go to a different location that's out of your way, because it'll still take less time than it would if you waited here.

It would be really nice if they stopped closing outside of published hours or shutting down their lobby and posting signs on the door for drive thru only. 2 times in the last week we’ve shown up to grab a drink and sit in the lobby and both times we weren’t able to because they were either outright closed or shut down the lobby. They don’t answer the phone when they are open so you can’t call ahead and verify that they’re open, their app is not accepting mobile orders quite often so there’s no way of knowing until you show up. These aren’t things that employees spontaneously decide to do, so it’s managements doing; maybe new management is in order before the 3.9 star reviews get even lower..

The baristas are very nice. They only messed up my drink once. They gave me coffee instead of a Chai Latte. One thing I don’t understand is how you can ask for no foam. If the foam isn’t removed and filled up with more cream you’re paying for a full drink and only get 3/4 of a drink once the foam settles. This isn’t the only Starbucks where this happens. It’s the barista who doesn’t know how to remove the foam.
