Well it was a fight between two of the waitresses and some of the other waitresses were a table away talking crap about one of them and what they would do to her if it were them that fought her. They were unprofessional, especially when I was dining with the waitresses' Mom (one the ones that fought). They made sure that she heard everything they said. I was uncomfortable. I'll eat at another location next time. My advice to those waitresses talking by my table: keep your thoughts to yourself. Also my burger was pink on the inside. I don't play about my food and I expect professionalism regardless of the situation. My waitress was great though even though the staff was torn between the two that fought. I can't remember my waitresses' name but she was great ??
I live in Phenix city and used to eat at this location all the time. This has been THE worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. The lady that sat us had an attitude about sitting us, and when she finally did, the server didn’t even come and ask about our drinks until we had been sitting for 30 minutes, I kid you not that’s not an exaggeration. Then we got our to-go order that we placed before we ever got our appetizers, just for our server to completely forget about our food entirely, and come back after we have been sitting for an HOUR, to re-read us our order. At this point we knew it was really bad, but we tried to hang in there, and waited for the food. When the steak finally came it looked delicious, until we cut into it & saw that it was raw. We asked for well done. At this point it is 12 p.m. we came inside at 10:30. I had to wait 20 more minutes to even PAY the lady for my food. It took a lot to not walk out without paying, but y’all did not deserve a DIME of my husbands hard earned money, and we will not EVER come back. I would rather eat toast and eggs every night then ever go here again. I don’t care if you’re starving and this is the last place on earth that is open, I’m telling you, you would rather starve than stop here.

Julius our later was awesome and on it every step of the way our Bourbon Street State that my husband and I both got medium rare was perfect seasoned great the hostess Miss day was totally awesome Boston her hiney with a beautiful attitude celeste one of the managers loved her attitude as well awesome Place love the attitude and the atmosphere definitely will be back!!!

Kayla did an amazing job making our evening perfect. Food was great as well, steaks cooked perfectly.
My family took me for my birthday it was the worse birthday ever the service was awful I want be returning here again It use to be my favorite spot but it's awful now long waiting periods to be seated then a long wait for your food if you ask the waitress for something she forgets to bring after asking 3 to 4 times you just say forget it I hated it

I ordered take-out, and I'm very understanding with staff cause I do take-out at a very similar restaurant. I went in because I forgot to order a drink and I didn't want them walking back and forth. I was brought the drink and waited inside for about 25 minutes past the pickup time. I asked someone to check on my food for me even though they already knew I was there and was immediately brought my food. I'm pretty sure it was just sitting there. It was all cold. The cake was cold and the fudge in the middle was solid (I'm assuming it was never warmed up). The icecream was fully melted and the entrees I got were cold. The burger I got (I don't mind a lot of pink) was most definitely raw so I just threw it away. It was just a sad experience and I feel like it was a waste of $52.

This Applebee's is the best one I've ever been to. The cook actually knows how to cook - my quesadilla burger was perfect! Our waitress was very attentive and observant. We had a nice dinner!Kid-friendliness: We loved the space dinosaur menu!

To begin with, the silverware was filthy. I asked for another set, and it was just as dirty. The water had something floating in it. I went to my car and got bottled water. We decided to stay because it was late, the day was long and we were hungry, not sure where else we could go. We ordered cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich. The fries were cold, but the burgers were good. No silverware is needed. Our bill came, and it was wrong. We asked to have it corrected, and it came back wrong again. The waitress took it to be corrected again. After waiting for a very long time, the waitress came back and asked if we were ready to pay. We advised that we still needed the check. She had forgotten she was correcting the bill she had taken to correct. We finally got it and paid. The waitress was disinterested in us as customers, took forever to bring everything, and was genuinely confused. This was such a bad experience. Applebee's Do Better!
