I don’t even want to give starsThe cashier going through the drive thru said they didn’t have mozzarella sticks and then didn’t listen to anything my husband said he asked for 2 double cheese burgers and got on she rang him for only 1. We got our food and she was leaned up against the window didn’t say a word to us just threw the food at us and we kept on going. And I do have her name but I don’t want to call her out like that.

The restaurant is very nasty to sit in, I ordered grits and bacon paid for 2 and yall dusty ahhh employee gave me one tht was broken in half the workers are rude unprofessional and needs communication skills cause if it wasn’t so early I would’ve gave them exactly wht they wanted

Got simple meal orders wrong. Did not give fries for combos. So much for trusting the employees in drive through and not checking the order to be sure it is right. And fast food workers think they are worth $20/hr...smh.

I went to this burger king a few days ago. I ordered a Whopper with a side of fries and a coke. When i got home, i saw that the whopper was molded and it was also raw. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I ordered the kids hamburger meals and cheese sticks , one of the cheese sticks had a foreign object cooked into it with metal in the center and paper surrounding it. VERY DISTURBING

First off the service was rude, and we were told only 1 order per vehicle, when did that start. No order repeated back at the pay window and no receipt given. Second window, employee asked about what drinks were ordered then turned back and started talking to someone else. Was trying to get her attention specially since the window was open and was ignored. My friend ordered the chicken fries and fries to be fresh and extra crispy. At least they were cooked. I will not go back in the evening time to this Burger King again.

I went to the drive thru on 1-21-24 around 9:58 p.m. Order number is 556 and the check number is 60313. I ordered a whopper combo with cheese no onions large with a coke and 2 bacon cheeseburgers. The person that took the order name Clarice according to my receipt. She kept cutting off as she was taking my order. Had a attitude and wasn't listening. So when she told me to drive around she kept giving me the stare look and was having a attitude. Very rude! When I got home the order was correct except for the whopper meal. There were onions when I asked not to add it.
