First time every burger that I ordered was fresh!!! The buns were fresh too. Staff was courteous!! Which it was that way everywhere!!!

It’s 10:24 at night. I pulled into second lane. They have two people in each lane. I sat in the drive-thru for 15 mins. With no cars infront of us or in drive-thru. We were all waiting to order for 15 mins. They took one car at a time. When they had both windows going after I saw when I drove by. So it’s not like they were understaffed to be doing that. Do better and don’t have such lazy workers. McDonald’s down the road was faster than yall. Had me in and out the drive-thru in 8 mins at McDonald’s.

I get faster service at this location when I go in, to order for take out, the food is usually cold by the time I get home, nothing spectacular just fast food.The behind the counter staff seems to change every two weeks - never had a bad experience here staff always

The worse Burger King Ever the drive thru is very slow no matter if it’s morning or evening the fries are always cold I had an blue slushy one time and I was literally looking though the window at it as it was thawing out very bad

I've been waiting in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and we would have gone but the food we're ordering is for elderly grandparents. The purpose of drive thrus are for quick service. Pleaseee do better!

You ask for fresh food "off the broiler" and they make your sandwich put it on the warmer while you wait a few min like they cooked it fresh and then turn around to look to see if your watching witch I was noticed I was watching and still gave me meat that was in the tray and made me wait for nothing I worked for burgerking I know when the burger is fresh and when the meat has sat I had go goto work and I haven't ate so I had no choice didn't want to wait on a refund to go back to my card service is terrible here
Watched an employee park right outside the main door entrance and then come inside behind the counter and immediately started getting food for customers - didn't wash hands at all - gross!
