Only got 4 chicken strips even though I paid for 5. When I asked the cashier about it, he said they won’t give you 5 if the strips are “too big” which makes no sense because mine were small/regular sized ?

Normally I go to the drive thru and the customer service is great but today when I placed a to go order inside, the young lady acted like she didn't want to take my order and was spaced out and when I asked another woman if I could get some of the nugget ice from drive thru, she snatched the cup and when she gave me my cup back I said thank you and she walked away swiftly

Young guy at the window was polite and patient. There was no rush to take our order even as we made a few changes. Dude showed no frustration. Food was perfectly cooked and prepared.

I love this food, I have followed this business for 53 years; not a joke. They have had three different restaurants that I have know of and have purchased food from. However this latest restaurant located in Phenix city Alabama was a big disappointment not because the food wasn’t excellent it was. I know times are tough and it’s getting harder for a business to turn a profit. My only complaint is I spent 15$ for a meal and what I received was what looked like a child’s plate. Lots of bread but a very small portion of meat, the smallest portion of Brunswick stew I have ever seen and baked beans. I left hungry after eating. I’m not a huge man, 200lbs so If I leave hungry it’s pretty much a show stopper. Sad that after 53 years it’s over.
