30+ minutes after the to go food is supposed to be ready is unacceptable, I understand getting behind but this isn't a once problem, it's a pattern now. Maybe you should take info from your other restaurant since it runs smoothly (Culvers). Just proves, no matter what your last name is in Phenix City, can't make someone run a business the way it's supposed to be run. If you're backed up,then either shut down, dining, drive thru or takeout. Better than having to wait an unforseen amount of time to get food that should've been ready even for bad service.

Far and away the worst examples of humans working at this establishment. If you wanted to be treated like a complete nuisance go ahead and ruin their job by making them do their job. Unfortunately in todays world this is normal and no one cares. Never again.

The food was delicious. Plenty of parking, including handicap parking. The restaurant was very clean. It is very easy to maneuver through with a wheelchair or motorized wheelchair. Bathrooms were clean and handicap accessible. Very friendly atmosphere. I will definitely go back.
Came to this Firehouse Subs 10/12/2023 at 8:40pm. I went to open the door and it was locked. The people inside were just looking at me and a girl looks at me through the window and gives me the slashed throat, we are closed. I looked at my wrist and tapped it as if I had a watch on and she lipped we are closed to me again. I shook my head and walked off. Firehouse Subs has been my favorite sub shop for many years and I can honestly say this was sand has been the absolute worse yet experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed and I’m sure it doesn’t and wont mean a thing to anyone but I will never try to stop and eat there again. Absolutely pathetic.
