Stood in lobby waiting for someone to seat us no one insight for over 10 min could hear them i. Back, so I called from the lobby, no one answered. We gave up as we were leaving the mgr finally came up to lobby and said are you leaving or coming in. We went ahead and let her seat us. Server Noah was great! Its been awhile since we've been here and after tonight's experience it will be a good long while before we come back. This restaurant has rely gone down hill. Soo disappointing!

Absolutely wonderful service and some of the best hospitality. STEP was on her game.. literally some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The food was AMAZING . I got the first omelet on the page chunky something another, it looked just like the picture. I got the double pancakes, OMG extremely well prepared, they as well looked like the picture. Props to the cook, baby you did an amazing job as well. If you decide to go ask for STEP, and I'll pray you get the same cook. Great job I hop staff. Oh yea, shout out to the hostess this evening as well. You all done a fantastic job!

I am going to be honest; this please is very consistent everywhere you go. The food is always good. What makes the difference is the service. This time we had the pleasure of having a wonderful person helping us. Sadly, and I apologize We do not remember the name of the person that helped us, probably Lila. What we remember is that she had an infinity tattoo, because for my wife and I it has significance. Will visit the place again and thank you.

I ordered online for our Saturday brunch and made my way to pick it up curbside. Followed the instructions on the text and let them know I had arrived. Website said that my food was on the way...20 minutes later still nothing. I called the number on the Pickup sign in front me (ten times) and if it wasn't a busy signal, then it just rang and rang. I finally went inside and 2 employees standing at the front looked confused that I had been sitting outside for almost 30 minutes and no one was answering the phone. The hostess said, I'm sorry it's not ringing out here. So I give them my name, they turn right around and my food was already bagged on the shelf. My thought is, if you know it's curbside, why didn't you go outside and check?? The food was cold by then. I'll have to think about returning to this restaurant. Overall, the food was alright once we reheated it. ?
