Managers are very professional and use their management authority when needed don’t know what this lady D talkin bout but wtv food is always fresh and if not you’re always welcome to wait for it. Never encountered a problem

I don't really know what to say except for it was probably personal preference but the chicken was gross. My kids, on the other hand, thought it was delicious. I did also spend twice as much as I think I should have spent for what we got. The Kentucky Fried Chicken was in a convenient location which was why we chose it. The girl at the window was not very friendly, and my food definitely was not cooked to order because I ordered 20 chicken tenders and pulled right up to the next...read full review

They got too many people playing around behind the counter and not concentrating on what they're doing. You order through the app and it's never ready when it's supposed to and takes them forever to put it together AFTER you get there.
