Left one star bc I had to in order to leave a review! This place is a joke. They’re open u til 10 yet the lobby is closed at 8:30-9:00 you have to go through the drive thru to place the order then pull around and park to wait on it, then you have to get back in line to wait again to pick up your order! In order to pick it up!! Took all together 45 mins!

I ordered a pizza online, went to drive thru to pick it up. Waited forever in line, then was told pizza was in oven to pull to the back of the line. I pulled around and went in lobby and was given my pizza right away. Well the pizza which "was in the oven" was cold and the cheese bread was cold. Everyone knows you can't bite into a little Caesars pizza if it came fresh out the oven. All the food I got was cold. I would have went back in, but couldn't due to time at the moment. The thing that bother me is being told to pull to the back of the line to be served cold food, while everyone in front of me got to stay at the window but I'm supposed to go to the back of the line. So I called back up there to speak to a manager for them to argue with me that the pizza just came out the oven. When I ask for corporate number they hung up on me, then I called back up to speak to the manager that just hung up on me and was told I was speaking to the manager(this time a female). I ask for corporate number again was placed on hold. They told me to bring the pizza back and they would remake it, like I want people who was just arguing with me to remake my food? Nope. While on hold I can hear them talking about me to whoever 334 number I was given. They gave me a 334 HR number then hung up on me again. I called the 334 number and it would ring a couple times then go straight to voicemail. Some HR. This has been the worst service I ever received from ANY pizza business. Arguing with customers, serving cold food, hanging up on people, and talking smack about the customer while they are on hold. At least walk away from the phone. They need to get it together, and rectify this situation. Still trying to get in touch with HR now.

Pizza was great and hot. Website wouldn't let me order so I called it in. I was told to come use the code in person only to get there and the same guy told me they couldn't do that. Pizza is normally great, but tonight my pizza was horrible. It was overcooked, dry and very little sauce on it. I understand that things happen, but it was their attitude when I called them. They refused to do anything about it unless I drove all the way back over there and returned their overcooked pizza right then. I live in Columbus, and it wasn’t worth driving back over there.
Normally the pizza is outstanding. I go to this location all the time. But today it was horrible. The pizza was paper thin and had hardly any cheese. it was soaked with grease. i ended up throwing it away.

These workers are sorry. How are you all closing the inside of the store at 9 O’CLOCK??? I received my order saying the food is ready , just to come and wait in a line wrapped around the building. It’s stupid and ridiculous, needs better management.
