Tonight on 3/16/24 whoever the girl who is managing that shift isn’t doing her job efficiently. I called in an order for one pizza that they said would be ready in 10 minutes so I arrived 15 min later and asked about my order and she said it will be 10 additional minutes so I waited another 30 minutes and nobody called my name. I would like to see yall hire better because everyone looks stoned and pay no attention to customers.

The person at the counter should smile and greet the customer, look them in they eye, "how can I help you" or something. Never did. Just kind of stood there waiting for you to tell them everything.

I did and online pickup order around 6:15 pm the order confirmed a pickup time between 6:45-6:50. I order two pepperoni pizzaand a three meat treat. When we arrived to pickup the order the three meat treat wasn’t ready with the order. This was at 7:00pm. Employee said it would be a few minutes. I went to check on the order again. At 7:15 and it still wasn’t ready. I was told AGAIN a few more minutes. I didnt get my completed order til around 7:30. I was so irritated.

I would not go to this one. They have very nasty attitudes. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. We have been coming here for the past nine months every month using our business check we tell them on the phone who we are just to get there and the girl to tell me it was not allowed, and was very, very rude and very nasty about it. Knowing good and well the past nine times, and the nine months we’ve ordered never once has ever been an issue with them getting their funds.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a little Caesars. All the workers was in the back playing around the guy working front counter. Don’t even greet anybody when they come in the door he just sits there and stares at him and waits for him to give him there order very unprofessional. The manager on duty is not a very good supervisor. He’s back there horseplay playing around with employees and there’s 1 million people. Inside waiting on food while I was in there for the hour I was in there they had over 10 orders get brought back From negligence from the employees not doing their job

I walked in to quickly grab a "HOT n Ready", it took 37 minutes before I walked out with my pizza. The workers were rude and trying to "train" someone during this obviously very busy time. Awful service?

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. Was given a total and a time frame.Came to pick it up and they never put my order in. Even re dialed the number I just last called and the same guy who took my order the first time looked me straight in the eyes when he picked the phone up again.Usually wouldn’t be an issue but I’m a disabled veteran and I don’t drive. So I had to plan out the ride here.I guess I’ll just stick to pizza delivery.Got home and the pizza was not well done or extra pepperonis as ordered.Along with the crazy bread being raw dough. Free money for the franchise owner I guess.Can’t make the excuse it’s kids running the place. It’s poor training.The kid who checked me out though was cool.
