I came here 3 days in a row after work at 745 or 8pm and they always closed. The hours say they open until 9pm so why are they closed so early. I use to work in restaurants I understand wanting to leave but change your hours if ya close at 8pm, pregnant women can't have her moes

Food was absolutely horrible. The employees need to put more time into assembling the food or be trained better. But this failure falls on the general manager. The staff are friendly tho.

It's always a pleasure to visit this Moe's location. I ordered two bowls yesterday around 5:30. The atmosphere was welcoming. I did a pickup online order. Soon as I walked in the door, the young gentleman smiled and walked my food around the counter, and told me I was ready, and thanked me for coming. I noticed I didn't ordered the 2nd bag of chips to go with one of my bowls, he assured me he would take of it.Vegetarian options: I love having alot of vegetarian choices

Ingredients added that were requested to be left off, side sauce ordered but not included and the very worst of the food was the tofu that had clearly been reheated at least 3 times. They gave me disappointment in bowlVegetarian options: Horrible, just order from anywhere else. You’ll be glad you did.

Never ate here. False advertisement. It says close at 9 but I show up at 8:15 and the staff saying they close at 8. It needs to be discussed at y’all next staff meeting.
Guy was super rude to people in front. Food was undercooked, hardly anything on it, only a handful of ships for 2 meals... they closed 30 min early and just stared when asked through a closed door for at least a refund. Definitely won't be back to this one.

Rude at check out. No change for cash payment, didn't care that they had no change to give back. Stated I dont have change and turned away.Never offered a receipt.I don't have to go back. Too many other choices with people that appreciate our business.

I go to this location of Moes often and today there was hair all within cheese dip Absolutely disgusting as if someone took a hairbrush and put it all within the Cheese. Hair nets are obviously needed. ?
