I just left there at 9:25pm 4/10/2024. I waited in drive through for 20-25 minutes then when I got to speaker to order i waited 5-10 minutes to have someone take my order. Cause the doors were locked on inside. Horrible experience and I asked for a courtesy tea, she shook her head NO!! Then closed the window. Then I get home and food wasn’t good!!

I ordered a large family meal on the app from my home that is approximately 15 minutes away. I arrived to find that the order wasn't ready. I waited another 20 minutes (for spicy chicken tenders) as cars went through the drive thru and all customers in restaurant that ordered after me, left with their orders filled. I felt that because mine was an app order, it didn't get filled until I had arrived rather than being ready when I arrived.

I know it's Popeyes but is the food supposed to make you sick? Is the cashier supposed to be angry and downright nasty when you ask for more ice? It happened twice. I give two changes and never return. There's a lot better food options than this place.

Popeyes has been open for a whole hour.Why does the sweet tea taste like mold?Why is the chicken tenders a solid piece of rubber?Why are the fries soggy and cold, straight from the drive thru window?Why did I pay $30 for food I just literally threw away.Doing a charge back on my credit card.
I should have followed my gut instinct and left when the staff member asked me to hold on while she finished a personal conversation. She then took my order but asked me to repeat it, as she was still interacting with her colleague. I was informed that there would be a five minute wait because fillets were still cooking. No problem. When my food arrived, it was hot, but the breading was a little spongy and doughy. I was ravenous, so I ate it anyway. Four hours later, I spent the rest of the night violently vomiting and the next day too nauseated to eat. Careless service and careless food preparation.

Terrible service! They asked us to pull up to the front of the building even though nobody was behind us. Saw multiple people get their orders but we didn’t. Had to go inside to ask for our food just to be told they forgot about it!!! We told them we had been waiting for at least 30 minutes and they said we were lieing!!! But y’all haven’t even cooked our food. I will never go to pop eyes again. All of the locations in this area have very poor customer service.UpdateBit into the chicken and it was not done!

Ordered two meals. Uber driver calls and they don't have the sides I wanted. So I asked for whatever they had left. Uber driver shows up with only half my order. So 35 bucks for a 4 piece chicken meal. I won't be going here again for awhile. Lucky their is a chik fil a across the street who never messes an order up.

This Popeyes should be closed. They are rude don't answer the phone so when you call to tell them they messed up your order and try to get it corrected they pick up and hang up in your face the mailbox is full so you either have to go back or just deal with whatever they give you. Absolute worst experience with this chain.
