placed an online order for a meal. waited over an hour in the drive thru. never git my food. called customer service to get a refund issued. will never goto to popeyes again!!!

If you're willing to wait almost an hour for your order to end up messed up ... then this is your place. Everything wad screwed up, the total price (which I know what it is because we get it all the time), the order, and the change given was incorrect. They just need to go ahead and shut down.

How clean this Popeyes is really has me shook, I expect a Popeyes established to be at a certain level of dirty. Without this level having a certain level of being nasty takes away from the true experience of a Louisiana kitchen. Maybe this is because the location is less than a year old and filth hasn't had the time to build up it. Surprisingly the food hasn't lost its authentic flavor due to the lack of filth. Hopefully the employees will slack more so we can get that level of filth we have come to love at Popeyes.
