Ok so honest review… the food has always been hot outside of the sides. The sides, if you don’t ask for them to be dropped fresh may come heat lamp warm, the fries especially. The flavor of the fish and chicken have been hot and delicious! The customer service is not bad but if you come sideways don’t expect “the customer is always right” service. Some people come in there ghetto and rude. The lunch specials are my fav! Try them out. Please be advised the menu prices have went up. For ex. The tilapia 12 piece alone with no sides is 44.99… 49.38 with tax…

I like the sign as you pull up to the drive-thru looking for the menu! LolThis IS NOT A FAST FOOD JOINT, DRIVE THRU IS FOR PICK UP ONLY.So I did what every other responsible person would do... I parked & went in.Smells good, the gal behind the counter helped me pick the best peach cobbler!Got it home...(like I had read in another review) the fries need some salt, they were hot enough just NO spice. Lemon pepper wings were the bomb! and I'm glad she put the little cup of ? sauce in the bag , I usually dont eat it but I gobble it down , wait for it.. on my fries!I will be back, yummy!

This is the most rude, unprofessional Sharks I have ever experienced. I called to place the order, I was kind to the girl who answered the phone, everything was fine until she hung up on me. She called me right back and said she couldn't do the fish, did I want anything else, so I changed the order, then she just hung up on me again. I call back to speak to the manager and guess what, she hangs up on me again. That's the problem with this establishment, you hire young kids who have no respect for the customer. The customer spending their hard earned money gets treated like trash. After holding for a manager for forever, he just made excuses for her because they were "busy." Hiring people who have no respect for customers for no reason is why they will keep losing business. I took my $50 somewhere else and will never return. Bad business, Sharks of Phenix City, bad business!
The fish, chicken wings and shrimp are delicious. I even loved their shrimp fried rice.

got 2 whole wings lunch specials. always fresh and hot. I think they put powdered sugar on top of the wings and surprisingly it works well. only thing is the fries aren’t that good, no salt or anything. but to the chicken so good it’s not that big of a deal. oh & the lunch special doesn’t came with a drink but again the pink lemonade so darn good I don’t mind spending the extra money. spent a total $15.65
