“We're lifelong Texans visiting Columbus for a second time and decided to try Monterrey Tex Mex despite our usual reluctance to try any Mexican restaurants out of state. This place is legit.We had a great meal and were very happy with the food, service, and prices. If Monterrey Tex Mex was located in Houston, I would absolutely add it to the rotation of my favorite Tex-Mex joints.“
“A very cool, low key family owned Mexican joint. Richard the owner is very kind and makes the best drinks. The food is always well seasoned and hits the spot. They also offer very good cocktails! The restaurant is well kept and clean. They are very accommodating and will suggest something if you’re looking for a different dish or are new to Mexican cuisine. I personally feel like they have the best refried beans in town.“
“yea barberitos, its like if you like moes, willys, probably chipotle, or perhaps taco bell, then you likely could get down with barbs ... this location is pretty nice, or at least decent on depends, what workers you get, generally they arent afgan or middle eastern gas station (in the urban subsidized hood) clerk rude ; the food is nice, not so disappointing in comparison to other places w/ that category or genre, its affordable and can fit in healthy eating habits, the tables seating are arranged in reasonable way that allow for more private conversations kinda, a lil distance and personal stretch area, to eat not needing to cover your plate if a person cough a couple tables from where you seat ; and the people arent all that different from many places, when it comes to friendliness and demeanor toward patrons & guests ,you will have a pretty fair, nice guy who assists you, or might have a kinda less social or skilled or proficient on how to act and engage hospitably with random people, in a situation where he or she is being graded or watched kinda, so they may try to be like unpersonable or straight up and down, as way to seem jus professional, or for other reasons ... not sure ; a bunch of the people who work at this barberitos have been pretty nice & helpful, specially a couple managers on several occasions from personal exp - would say its about 3 1/4 to 4 1/4 so rating seem bout accurate ; its one of the places downtown on broadway where like to stop and get things on occasion seems for years“
“The ladies on 8/5/23 day shift, made my experience with Moe's worth the 30 min drive to Columbus.Courteous, no gum snacking like the other location, and my order was ready before specified pickup time.Seems as if one thing was missing, but I don't think it would have improved the taste and/or flavor of my meal. Ski that's okay. Adobo chicken was juicy, rice had flavor, and toppings were just yum, yum.Surpassed previous visits to the same location. There was also no natural gas smell this time. Kudos!“
“It's always a pleasure to visit this Moe's location. I ordered two bowls yesterday around 5:30. The atmosphere was welcoming. I did a pickup online order. Soon as I walked in the door, the young gentleman smiled and walked my food around the counter, and told me I was ready, and thanked me for coming. I noticed I didn't ordered the 2nd bag of chips to go with one of my bowls, he assured me he would take of it.Vegetarian options: I love having alot of vegetarian choices“
