Food was at least good. Service was not. Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos. Paid at first window. Went to 2nd window gentlemen asked me to pull forward they were still making them. Ok no problem. After watching 3-4 cars behind me get their food and drive off. I got out of my truck walked to the window and asked about my food. He said not ready yet and just wait. I explained that I watched several vehicles get their food. He says hey we're short staffed and just hang on "Dude". At that point, I wasn't happy. Asked to speak to the manager he again said "Dude" we only have 3 people here. Then at that point put my food in the bag and tossed the bag to me. Will never go back and will definitely not recommend. I understand places being short staffed, but the overall lack of professionalism by this employee, well Wendy's, you lost a customer.

I got breakfast and it was awful. The biscuit was hard and dry and the chicken was ok. My son couldn't eat the English muffin due to be hard and dry and sausage was dry. The tea wasn't even sweet. The gentleman was very nice but breakfast wasn't hitting on

This place is a joke! Pull up to speaker lady on the speaker was rude! Had to repeat our order to her after she told us to order when ready! Told us to pull up… pulled up, that’s when our total was announced. Paid by card gave us our drink and was asked to pull around the building to the door! Strange because they were not busy at all we were the only ones there! But we pulled around. Young girl comes out with our food but stands at the top of the steps and yells out our order! Never will I ever give this location my money! Ohhh and get this no receipt

My brother picked up our dinner to bring home and he was charged for all the food we were ordered, then didn't get what we ordered... Whole meal and wrap missing along with drink. Fries were rubber and cold. Can't believe service theses days. Glad there are more restaurants coming, better service on the way elsewhere.

I wish I could have given all of the drive thru workers in there tonight a hug. They went above and beyond what is expected anymore from customer service workers; corrected the issue I had and were so incredibly accommodating. 5 stars for y'all, especially being a younger crowd, actually reacting with respect and INCREDIBLE customer service!! I am very disappointed. The late night crew really seems to not have cared, not only have I had multiple times where the workers couldn’t understand plain, but it’s been more frequent than the times I do get my food correct. One time I asked for plain and stated multiple times over and over, meat cheese and bacon, I still got a baconator with condiments caked on it. The next time I went, I asked for plain and they took the bacon off of the baconator. Why would I even ask for a baconator plain if I didn’t want the freaking bacon?? The last straw with the people who work later In the night was today when I made sure to have the cashier understand a PLAIN, NO CONDIMENT, bacon, meat cheese baconator with baconator fries. Then after checking when I got home, still they slathered condiments all on it, and the bacon was rock hard. On top of that, my fries barely had any cheese, all the fries were incredibly over fried and caked with really old tasting grease, and the bacon was only split in two. Just fries with barely any cheese and a piece of bacon on top. The bacon was hard too, I am tired of this place and they honestly need to replace the manager if they allow this to be their reputation. Never recommend.
Stopped on the way to a wedding for a quick frosty! Everything was clean and the restaurant was quiet and the staff were super sweet!!!

I haven’t even got out of my car yet but I just had an amazing experience at this location. The drive thru lady who took my order was absolutely delightful. Her customer service was as good as it can get. Customer service is horrible in this area so this was a HUGE breath of fresh air. I went late awhile back and it was the same way then to. My receipt says Gracie so if that is who was taking orders tonight she is a HUGE asset. Food was hot and I was there for like 5 minutes tops from start to finish. Thank you so much.

We ordered 2 meals for dine in. After 22 minutes of waiting and asking for our food, the burgers were dry and chewy, and the buns were wet and soggy. All of the straws near the drink station in the dining room were cracked, deaming them unusable. The teenager behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders when asked if there were different straws available. The manager took fries off of our tray to use for a drive-thru order. Unfortunately, as with everywhere else, customer service is a thing of the past. Such a shame, as we have enjoyed many a good meal at this location.Parking: The handicap parking is located way too close to the drive-thru. It is very difficult to exit the parking space when the drive-thru is backed up, which occurs quite frequently.
