I knew not to order here when everyone on the clock was standing outside all sharing the same cigarette. Literally the worse wings stop I have ever had, couldn’t even eat it. Waisted my money, time & gas. Go to Columbus location they will not play with your money or food like this location. Just trash!

This took way too long. Workers barely acknowledged customers, swore at each other loudly, turned to talk with coworkers while taking orders, and goofed around during service. Not coming back and not recommending to others.

My brother and I ordered our dinner from this establishment. My brother ordered 15 mild/ garlic parmesan wings with a side of fries. I ordered 30 lemon pepper wings meals (including fries and veggies). It took twenty-five minutes to receive the order and after arriving home, realizing there were no fries or veggies. I recall a customer complaining while waiting on our purchase that she didn't receive the correct order of fries. I should have checked, but I didn't. A lot of young people worked there and seemed distracted. Most likely, we will not be returning.

Received my order and went to the car and checked my bag & was missing an order of wings. I went back in to tell the worker that some of the wings were missing and she asked “are you sure?” Then proceeded to look at me crazy when I explained my order. If I wanted an extra order of wings I could have BOUGHT them!!
I got the Louisiana Dry Rub wings and was given a rectangular paper trough of frying oil with 10 naked, flavorless, soppin wet grease wangs. I may have received 8 speckles of dry rub. I tried to eat it but just ended up giving it to a homeless guy. He also refused to eat it.

I do not like listening to RAP music while eating and its also not appropriate for small children and will not go back as the girl at the counter was rude and never said thank you or welcome . Also who doesn'thave unsweet tea..Kid-friendliness: music not appropriate for children

Friendly faces greeted us upon walking in. I'd told the young man who took our order, this was our first time eating Wingstop. He was very patient. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. We did have a 15-minute wait on our food, but they were really busy. The food was fresh and worth the wait. However, next time, I will order ahead online.
