The chicken Philly was hardly a Philly. It has runny white cheese sauce and i only had about 1 green pepper on the whole sandwich. The items are a lot smaller than they appear on the website.

I dined in and have a grilled chicken Cobb salad. Chicken was very moist. The salad was fresh, all around. Great portion size too. Worth it. Clean dining area!!!! Great

I hate, hate, hate leaving bad reviews and especially with a fast food restaurant because I know they're trying to expedite food quickly.We just moved out here and have visited this location a few times, today making it the 4th, every time I go the food is awful. I went today, got a sandwich and some cookies... sandwich was clearly sitting under a heat lamp, the bread on it was so stale it crumbled apart when I tried to bite into it, the chicken literally had to be ripped apart for me to even be able to chew. And the cookies were literally burnt to the point of no taste, just burnt flavors.And to add to it, the employees act like you're an inconvenience for them when you ask them for your order.I work in service industry, I have for 11 years, I get we all have off days, but for it to be a repeating thing I'm just annoyed by it after trying to give so many chances.Again, I know it's just "fast food", but I shouldn't be paying for things that aren't edible.

I get to work and realize that the sauces I asked for were not in the bag. I don’t eat my food without them. I like it that way that’s why I pay for it. I called the manager and told him about it all he says is well I can’t drive them to you. He said he was sorry but that he couldn’t drive them to me. I didn’t want him to drive them to me I just wanted him to be aware that I was throwing a $10 meal away because of them not doing what was asked. He was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I will never go here again. Can’t wait till the other one on 280 is reopened they were having construction done that’s the only reason I went to this one.

I absolutely love this location. They have been such a blessing to this area and even when things aren’t perfect, they are SO accommodating. Clearly management knew what they were doing when they brought in this fabulous staff.

The place was empty and clean for Alabama. The food was pretty good except the fries were old and yucky. My biggest complaint was the staff cared more about carrying on their conversation than taking my order. Ok working there must be dull but damn. Americans better wake up.
Twic in the last month I have stopped in to get a Cobb salad to go and it was messed up both times .Saturday around 5 pm was the last time and my Cobb salad was missing bacon , fried onions , cheese and only had three small pieces of grilled chicken on it so I basically paid for lettuce, tomatoes and a few cucumbers. I only asked to get a salad with the items on it your menu states it contains. I feel like I got ripped off once again by not getting what I paid for . I will not go to this location ever again! Will take my money and business to any other Zaxby’s but this one,

Ordered a simple 5 pc finger plate subbed out coleslaw for toast…looked like the kitchen staff made a mistake and scooped the coleslaw out of the Togo box with their hands. The coleslaw in question was instead all over every piece of food in that box..fries were double fried and burnt to “perfection”! THANKS

Not sure what to say about this. I've never left a review before. I got the wrong food and none of the sauces I paid for after being asked to sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes after I paid. Drinks didn't have any ice in them. Chicken and bread was soggy. The wings that I got (but didn't order) had almost no sauce on them. They were also soggy. I'd rather drive the extra half hour out of the way to go to the location on 280.
