I rated this store a 1 star because I had a incident2 times I been there through drive-thru by the same employee. I was short $43.00 from my purchase and had to drive 15 mins back. 2nd incident I ordered my meal and was given something I didn't order and had to drive back 15 mins to get my correct order.

Really disappointed everytime I come here I ask for extra seasoning on my fries and they never do it. I went through the drive through and asked for extra seasoning on my fries to drown them and still nothing. Very disappointing they should really listen to the customer more and pay closer attention to orders.

Well it really does not matter if you order on the app or not. Pulled to the window after waiting in line for almost 20 mins only to be parked. When I get home the toasted buns are black.

Ordered 3 Meals For My Family and They Didn’t really put no Fries In My Meals I expect when you getting a meal they should at least give you a meal and not the fries scraps

I'm placing this review through my daughter's profile.I have always loved the zensation zalad. I look forward every year to them coming back on the menu. They are my favorite, but not any more.They barely have any lettuce or cabbage anymore. My chicken is only the hard pieces. This is the second one I had this season, and it was just as bad as my first. My eggroll was cold. I tried the zensation zalad a second time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it was still bad.I won't be wasting my money again at this location.

Zaxbys used to be my favorite place for chicken and their salads could not be beat. Over the past year the chicken has changed and they stopped giving marinara sauce for the cheese bites but I decided to get a salad tonight since you can’t get a better salad anywhere else for the price. I hate to say but it was not up to par. The salad bowl was not filled with lettuce. It was more toppings than lettuce. Barely any grilled chicken. I know the zensation salad comes with the brown sauce but it was so much on it there was no point of putting the dressing on it. I got a side salad for 13$. The disappointment ?. The best part of the experience was the beautiful lady that handed me my order.

Not sure if there’s a shortage of the bread but this is the second time I’ve ordered the salad and not gotten my bread. It’s literally the best part. Won’t be coming back to this

I ordered a Cobb salad without tomatoes and fried chicken I only a little of it and immediately got sick went to the emergency room and doctor said it was food poisoning, I’m feeling weak and can’t keep anything dwn this happen on 1/06/24

Came thru drive thru on a Sunday evening around 8:30. When I pulled up, there were 2 vehicles in front of me. Why does it take 25 min to order and get food ??? When we pulled up to the window to pay and get our food, we were asked multiple times what our order was. I told them, a few min later somebody asked me again what my order was. Employees were standing around, using their phone, walking away etc. From what I was able to see, there were at least 6 people “ working” but nobody seemed to care. When I was handed my food, no thank you or a sorry for the long wait. Terrible terrible service!! Don’t go to the location on Railroad in Phenix City unless you have lots and lots of time. Bty, the vehicle who was in front of us had been asked to pull up and was still waiting by the time I left.
