I would not give this place any stars. I'm a matter of fact. I'd give them negative stars if that was possible with a McDonald's in Jacksonville on Pelham is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Customer servit's also something that is absolutely terrible here.The worst store I think I have ever been in

It was absolutely teriible. They made me wait over like 5 minutes mightve been longer ..just for mayonaise!! And then an employee looked at us and said " do they expect me to take their order and theyre.looking at me " like yes bc all we want is mayonaise and you refuse to co.e over . And after she did come over after we decoded to leave she had an odd smirk on her face . It wasn't even just this time it's always like this???

Guy on drive thru sounded like it pissed him off to have to take my order...antagonizing....girl hands my drinks in carrier ad tells me she doesnt know which one is which....so i ask her what am i supposed to do ?...share drinks with 2 other grown men until we see which is which? I'm not a big fan of McDonald's breakfast but we stopped here on the way to Lake Weiss and the breakfast and service was amazing! I had a chicken biscuit and it was really good. Everything that we had was great and the employees were so nice and friendly. Great job guys

Went and asked for double cheese no cheese only ketchup large. First time got a normal double cheeseburger medium, second time regular still and a bun with ketchup only. I went and just got money back and went to Burger King. Wasn't worth it anymore after that.Dietary restrictions: They'll never get no cheese right.
