I’ve been coming here with my family for years, but I’m not so sure we will come back, at least not to this establishment. Almost all of the employees had headphones (which is probably why they put my order wrong not ones but twice ) the cook was wearing gloves but was holding his phone and pulling his pants every couple of minutes so what’s really the point of wearing gloves? and after he finished talking on the phone went back to making pizzas. 45 minutes waiting on 2 pizzas, also we had to drive there because nobody ever answers the phone, I’m guessing they can’t hear it due to wearing headphones.

I brought 14 teenagers to have lunch while on a field trip from school. These folks were absolutely fantastic!! Literally couldn't think of anything to be Critical about, even the restrooms were great! I haven't been to a Cici's Pizza in years and years but now it'll definitely get a place on our meal rotation.

Went in 20 minutes before close and the staff was AMAZING! We grabbed a table by the door to be out the way of clean up and our 2 pizzas and cinnamon rolls were done I like 10 minutes. The lady at the counter( I assume the manager) was super nice and had a great attitude even though we came so late. 10/10

Came into your Prattville Store and needed cheese for our salads and another customer as well. Was told by girl working front in that they were short handed and couldn't get our cheese. Basically she said it wasn't her job, it was the girls putting the pizzas in the ovens. I asked for a refund and left. Never have I ever had to do this and I won't ever again, ridiculous
