I LOVE Fazolis and have been to multiple locations in Ohio and Kentucky. We stopped here around 4 pm yesterday. The Pratville, AL restaurant is by far the most friendly and clean Fazolis I've been to! All of the workers were so nice, but especially the brunette lady working in the dining room. She checked on us multiple times and ensured we had everything we needed. She deserves a raise haha. Next time I travel through I will certainly stop here again!

Not bad sometimes and sometimes not so good. We live near by and really like fazoli's but this location is a hit or miss. It's like the food is sitting in warmers all day. Hope they can fix the intermittent problems.

Food was great. I had gluten free pasta, it was very good. Kids loved the pizza and breadsticks. Kathy was super nice and friendly.

I went through the drive thru which is always super fast and the staff is always super nice!! Their food taste so good and is always hot! I really recommend here for a quick bit to eat!! All of the deserts are amazing as well!!

We spent $31 and what a complete waste! Our food tasted horrible! The noodles on the Alfredo were mushy and over cooked so they all stuck together. The sauce tasted like it was poured from a bag. My children ordered spaghetti and complained their noodles were crunchy. All around horrible experience and won't ever eat here again and regret spending money to eat here.

It's good, the tomatoe sauce to me was bland, but the Alfredo sauce was great, but I could have doctored up the sauce to my taste

Fazolis food is ALWAYS GREAT. I love coming to fazolis. It’s such a nice comfortable environment. All the workers is very nice, I have to say one of the workers her name was Cathy she was so sweet & checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. I will definitely be back?

I'll be the first to say that i had reservations about going here. I told my wife, when she brought it up that it couldn't be that good since it's an Italian restaurant with a drive thru. Everything we got was very good and the pasta fagioli was spicy as advertised.
